We went there a few years ago in March and the level has dropped a lot. There is no hot food for vegetarians. Even the asparagus have pork *****s. Queue of more than half an hour for dinner and entrance to the second restaurant only for staff acquaintances. Very vulgar animation made by elderly people, that bothered us even in the dining room. One of the room keys didn't work. Very disappointing. We won't go back.

We booked a room with Guitart Central Aqua park with family members. Due to last minutes mistakes, we ended up here. Our hotel was meant to have basic facilities such as a fridge, a hairdryer, an iron. None of these were nowhere to be seen. When requesting this we were told we cant have these. The air conditioning was not working. The room phone was not working. We were told that would be looked into but nobody even bothered. The security is greatly compromised. We were walked in on whilst sleeping by a cleaner. The cleanliness was poor. The breakfast was very basic and the cutlery had dirt on it. The hotel itself is not disable/ children friendly. You have to walk up some stairs to get to reception. There is a side access for prams and wheelchairs but that itself is very hazardous and slippery. Not sure how it is even a 3* hotel.

je suis révoltée car il y a encore deux mois c'était le même hôtel ok ! Les clients du guitart bb pouvaient aller consommer au bar ou aller a la piscine du guitart central ! Et payer 50 au b&b ou 55 au central , c'est pareil ! Je le dis aux clients point ! D'ailleurs pourquoi proposer les services massages de 25 e au spa du guitart central aux clients du bb alors?? anti commercial car vous gagneriez avec les consommations!!! il existerait des formules avec supplément par exemple pour accéder a la piscine!!! Messieurs et dames c'est le même hôtel ok et vous subirez un vacarme incessant de musique de piscine jusque tres tard des parties d'à coté sans pouvoir en profiter. Chambre 114 pommeau de douche cassé, chaise déchirée,. Il n'y a pas de bar , pas de piscine pas de jardin et c'est une douche pas une baignoire.

points positifs : situé dans le quartier animé, près de la plage. tarifs pas cher si l'on passe directement sur leur site avec code de réduction. chambre propre et ménage ok. le personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner est très gentil. points négatif : hôtel vieillot les parties communes semblent abandonnées, l'ascenseur fonctionne mais nécessite une bonne rénovation. pas de chaises sur le balcon , et pas de baignoire dans la chambre alors que c'est indiqué sur leur site. les céréales et le jus de fruit du petit déjeuner ne sons pas bons. on nous impose un bracelet pour le petit déjeuner comme au camping !!! alors qu'il suffit de regarder sur leur dossier. le matelas est moyen. bref idéal pour des jeunes sans exigences particulières !!!

No he disfrutado de mi estancia en el hotel puesto que la habitación no estaba limpia; la habitación en general estaba bastante sucia y el baño contenía vello de otras personas, entre otras cosas. Tampoco existían medidas covid; la gran mayoría se paseaba sin mascarilla por todo el hotel, clientes y personal incluido. Muy poca higiene, limpieza y medidas covid.
