酒店是19世紀的古堡而建，非常漂亮，
隨便一個角落都很有特色，美麗舒適的環境。設施都非常棒！價格合適，員工態度非常好
酒店地理位置很偏，也沒有接駁巴士服務，沒有開車的就不推薦入住了。要不然交通費太昂貴
早餐晚餐都很好，就是員工人數似乎不夠，總是需要等待
但他們態度是很好的
有網球場，2個游泳池，健身房，Bar, Spa，適合遠離喧嘩的市區staycation

This hotel is almost a five out of five but was let down by the slow and unattentive staff at supper. The breakfast was very good but the evening meal wasn't up to the standard you would expect from a lovely hotel like this. Our room was lovely but the area outside it needed tending, it was just soil with a few lame plants in it. There were nice chairs to sit on but not much to look at! The communal areas of the hotel were beautiful.

Das Personal in der Regel freundlich und hilfsbereit, löst aber Probleme meist nicht zufriedenstellend. Es ist weit von einem 5* Service entfernt: Bett war nicht gemacht für dritte Person bei Ankunft. 1 Wandsteckdose, die nicht immer funktioniert hat, für alle E-Autos?? Konnte zwei Tage nicht laden, war dafür 5x bei der Rezeption. Zimmer riecht stark nach Kanalisation, auch nach dem Reinigen der Rohre mit starken Chemikalien (die Kopfschmerzen verursachen). Kein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Wasserkocher innen mit schokolade? verschmutzt. Keine anderen Kissen verfügbar. Harte Matratze für Seitenschläfer problematisch. Abgegebene Wäsche geht verloren, hoffentlich wird sie noch nach Hause geschickt… Im Restaurant hoffnungslos überfordert: über 50‘ Wartezeit für Vorspeise (getostetes Brot mit Oliven) mit einem hungrigen Kind. Unflexibel: keine Möglichkeit um 7:00 Frühstück zu bekommen für das Kind bei der Abreise. Keine Möglichkeit Früchte (die es im Hotel gibt!) für ein hungriges Kind zu bekommen an der Poolbar. Die Duschen im Spa verkalkt mit unangenehmen Wasserstrahl. Fazit: Als Kulisse für Fotos gebaut, nicht zum Wohlfühlen.

Beautiful and quite location in Mallorca, with a bike storage and all tools. Two swimming pools and tennis fields. All what you need! But the most impressive thing about this resort is the staff working in it: you guys rock!!!! Thanks for making us feel home!

Overall resort was nice, everything looked pretty and was well maintained. Not much in terms of entertainment on the property was made available. Only one restaurant was open so I was eating at the same place for every meal. Nice to stay at for a few days before it becomes boring, would need to venture to another city for more things to do. My room did not have a working heater, or a fully functioning shower. The shower head did not work half the time, the switch from faucet to shower head would not stay in place so I would have to manually hold it to keep the shower on.

We had a very, very good time, everything is superb: the decoration, the swimming pools, La Chapelle… a dream stay that our daughters also really appreciated.

Charming hotel in a secluded location, quiet pool with comfortable beds. Rooms are big enough and clean. BUT the service is at most 2 star level! Waiting 50 minutes for an omelette at breakfast and that at 3 tables! Same chaos every day, even at dinner. Poor English skills and complete lack of planning dominate everyday life here. That's just not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. A few of us have been to a 4 star hotel before and they should take a leaf out of their book. I don't know what the problem is, because it's not just one person, but everyone. All the guests complain about it, but somehow nobody cares. Unfortunately, you can't rely on the charm of the hotel, because with this service, most people will definitely not come back! It's a shame about the hotel! There is potential...
