Rooms are dated but lots of activities for kids. Great restaurant. Pool is clean.

Wonderful place, and we had an amazing stay! Staff are awesome amd polite, very professional with personal touch. We definitely recommend to friends and will definitely come back! And my husband's crazy about the spring whole fried chicken, a must try!!!

When we arrived at the hotel, the system did not show that there was an order, and the management was chaotic. Although it was solved later, we were very upset and angry when we encountered such a thing when we went abroad. We stayed for three days and had to move rooms.

Room and overall view were beautiful, very comfortable bed and clean room.
Shower water pressure and temperature were frustrating as the hot water would keep stopping
Restaurant staff service was very average, some times we were seen straight away, others we were ignored for ages before being approached. Food quality was very disappointing for such an expensive hotel, every time we ate there we couldn't have the original order as it was not available. Food options for vegetarians were extremely limited and disappointing.
Swimming pool was very relaxing and it was great to see so much natural space. We were able to go watch the rescued monkeys receive their daily fruit, which was really enjoyable.
