disappointed this time, even though ibis as a brand is highly regarded in the world, this particular location does not live up to the high standards. wrong is everything, hidden entrance, alcohol in the lobby, combined reception , cashier and beer counter. it comes as no surprise that employees are not paying a full attention to the guests.
teenagers roaming the corridors,partying a group of 10 in a room, no problem ,let's wait until its night and someone complains. oh its night already, no problem we are busy.
well I'm busy too, the next day I have a meeting and not a party, sorry, but I will be careful around tessin what hotel I'm checking into.

Insgesamt der übliche Mix aus Ökonomie und Qualität wie von Ibis zu erwarten, aber hier stand das Zimmer unter dem Motto "Cinema": ein grösserer TV, die Beleuchtung war besser abgedeckt und nicht so grell (auch im Bad). Das dürfte gerne der neue Normalstandard werden.
Umwelt: diesmal wurde ein Handtuch (welches am Haken hing) nicht ausgetauscht. Obwohl mich dieses Green-Label schon jahrelang verfolgt hat, war es diesmal für mich das erste Mal das ein hängendes Handtuch wirklich nicht ausgetauscht wurde!
Service: Check-In und Check-Out Zeiten liegen 4 Stunden auseinander (sehr später Check-In, sehr früher Check-Out).

Hôtel super central et facile d'accès. Hôtel entièrement rénové. Lobby très joli et plaisant. Super petit-déjeuner. Avec même des viennoiseries faites maison ! Equipe très professionnelle, rapide et souriante. Tout était parfait au cours de mon séjour qui a duré 3 jours.

C’est rare pour un IBIS, mais depuis 2 années celui-ci est classé comme étant le meilleur hôtel IBIS d’Europe, comme en témoigne le diplôme à l’accueil. Tout est parfait, la nouvelle décoration, choisie avec finesse, les couloirs, les suites, le wellness, nous naviguons dans le monde de la musique et du cinéma, c’est Locarno ! Le petit déjeuner est d’une grande qualité, nous y avons rencontré de nombreux clients y revenant chaque année. Une fin de soirée agréable au bar avec la projection de films muets, Charlot…assurant la détente et ne gênant en rien l’intimité des autres clients. Ça c’est une belle idée. Un personnel accueillant et charmant très attentionné.
