Very comfortable, great bed, excellent restaurant. Quiet. Unfortunately the spa is closed until June 2024 for renovation.

Well-run and modern hotel with modern art. We liked it a lot!
The food in the restaurant is very good and attentive, nice wine list. Locarno is easy to reach on foot and very quiet, we had a room at the top of the main building with a view of the lake.

We took a quick overnight to Locarno from our Italy vacation and I’m so glad we did!! The room was comfortable and clean the view awesome. The staff friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and bar. Also the food top notch from aperitif to dinner and breakfast best we have had in Europe so far!!!

From the moment you are greeted, the service is cordial and makes you feel welcome. The hotel is large with several wings. Having been there twice, we were sometimes quite far from reception, but the rooms are modern, spacious and welcoming. Our second visit, out of season, in a sp****ly populated hotel, confronted us with a very limited breakfast buffet (a little disappointing especially since we had been able to appreciate the choice and freshness of the buffet during a previous stay) . Also worth seeing is the hotel restaurant, refined and gourmet. Swiss prices...so, a little high.

This is my second reservation with hôtel.com and there is nothing to complain about, it is a very good reservation site. We had a perfect stay! The hotel, the services, the location… lived up to our expectations. Most of the time, thanks to the funicular which is right next to the hotel, we did not need to travel by car. The view from our room was just exceptional! However, prices overall are very high everywhere (CHF 9.- for the 1l bottle of water and many extras for excursions). But let's not forget that it's Switzerland, you have to be aware that everything is very expensive in this country. 😉

Great hotel with great service, I'd love to come back. The only thing I found unfortunate was that the fridge and minibar didn't work. Otherwise everything was great. The wellness oasis is currently being renovated and I'm excited to see what it will look like. During that time there is a good discount at the thermal baths in Locarno.

Stay in August 2022. Perfect welcome! Very pretty room with a terrace and view of the lake! My little dog was also very happy in this room. Delicious breakfast with varied offerings. Really nice swimming pool and the garden with the deckchairs adjoining it too! Very good restaurant in the hotel. An excellent address without a doubt.
