Super herzlich und professionell. Nicht lange gesucht und spantan gebucht. Hätten wir mal noch gefrühstückt. Ich denke dann wäre es perfekt gewesen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, auch wenn es nur eine Nacht war. Vielleicht bis bald im neuen Wellnessbereich.

Gut geführtes und modernes Hotel mit moderner Kunst. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen !
Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und aufmerksam, schöne Weinkarte. Locarno ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar und sehr ruhig gelegen, hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus zuoberst mit Aussicht auf den See.

We took a quick overnight to Locarno from our Italy vacation and I’m so glad we did!! The room was comfortable and clean the view awesome. The staff friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and bar. Also the food top notch from aperitif to dinner and breakfast best we have had in Europe so far!!!

Dès l'accueil, le service est cordial et fait se sentir bienvenu. L'hôtel est vaste avec plusieurs ailes. Y étant allés deux fois, nous avons été parfois assez éloignés de la réception, mais les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et accueillantes. Notre deuxième passage, hors saison, dans un hôtel peu rempli, nous a confrontés à un buffet petit déjeuner très réduit (un peu décevant d'autant qu'on avait pu apprécier le choix et la fraîcheur du buffet lors d'un séjour précédent). A faire aussi, le restaurant de l'hôtel, raffiné et gastronomique. Tarifs suisses ... donc, un peu élevés.

Cela est ma deuxième réservation avec hôtel.com et il n’y a rien à redire, c’est un très bon site de réservation. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait ! L’hôtel, les prestations, l’emplacement… étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. La plupart du temps, grâce au funiculaire qui se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel, nous n’avions pas besoin de nous déplacer en voiture. La vue de notre chambre était juste exceptionnel! Cependant, les prix dans l’ensemble sont très élevés partout (CHF 9.- pour la bouteille d’eau 1l et beaucoup d’extras pour les excursions). Mais n’oublions pas que c’est la Suisse, il faut avoir conscience que tout est très cher dans ce pays. 😉

Tolles Hotel mit super Service, komme gerne wieder vorbei. Schade fande ich nur das der Kühlschrank also die Minibar nicht funktioniert hatte. Ansonsten alles bestens. Momentan findet der Umbau der Wellness Oase statt bin gespann wie es dann aussieht. In der Zeit gibt es aber eine Gute Vergünstigung in der Therme in Locarno
