Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind sehr beschränkt verfügbar. Im Zimmer roch es nach Zigarettenrauch und dies während dem gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Schranktüren konnten nicht geschlossen werden. Im Schrank sowie in einzelnen Schubladen fanden wir noch Überbleibsel vom vorherigen Gast. Die Duschbrause sollte entkalkt werden. Das Frühstück muss separat bezahlt werden und ist des Preises nicht wert.

wir kommen seit Jahren hierher und es ist jedesmal klasse❤️ Im Restaurant mit der schönen Terrasse ist man wunderbar , die Preise sind für die Schweiz sehr korrekt und das Hotel ist klein nett und immer sehr sauber die Lage bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See

Unfriendly owner, especially when you don't speakt Italian. The apartment was then quite big and good (just the vacuum cleaner was standing in a corner of the bedroom (that is a tabu)! After this rude and non-welcome treating, of course we went to eat somewhere else in Cugnasco (Pizzeria), which was very nice.

Das Essen war ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Wir hatten die Lasagne. Diese hätten wir selber besser machen können. Die Bedienung konnte kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Am späteren Abend haben wir noch was getrunken. Die Aussenplätze sind schön.
