The Hotel facilities are fantastic, both the room, the bathroom and the parking lot that we also used. I can't tell you about the food because every day we stayed at the Hotel we ate in the City.

I had a reservation with no cancellation refund. I tested positive for COVID the day before. They would not let us cancel the reservation. In the end I ended up giving up the reservation to some friends. Little empathy.

Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas , la cama confortable y el baño con ducha y bañera. Personal amable. Algo alejado del centro, 15 minutos a pie. Deberían controlar mejor las temperaturas, he visto alguna reseña que habla del calor que hace por la noche, pero la carretera está delante y abrir la ventana no es buena idea.

Disappointing stay. Expensive, zero recognition of Titanium status and unfriendly fromt desk. Average hotel in average part of town charging premium prices. Only bright spot was the breakfast lady, who was very friendly. Will not stay here again

Excelente opción para aloj**** en la encantadora ciudad de Logroño. Mi familia y yo reservamos tres habitaciones y quedamos encantados con el servicio impecable que recibimos, especialmente gracias a Alicia en recepción, quien fue excepcionalmente atenta, junto con Lydia y David. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y confortables, con baños espaciosos que incluían ducha y bañera independientes. Además, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta para explorar las famosas zonas de bodegas y los pueblos de la región. En resumen, una experiencia muy recomendable que sin duda repetiríamos en nuestro próximo viaje a La Rioja.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Bathroom was quite dark (green) and so makeup was done in the main room. Excellent water pressure. Easy to walk to the old town via the river and walking trails. Was part of a group travel, met expectations.

Un hotel tranquilo cerca del centro. Tiene todas las comodidades. Las habitaciones super bonitas y acogedoras. La cama la mejor que he probado nunca!! El staff increible!! Todos super amables. Gracias a Esther y Sonia por su atención. Volveremos!!
