"Unbeatable location, wonderful breakfast — but rooms are compact We stayed 2 nights at Sercotel Murrieta in late June 2026 and the location is simply outstanding. Calle Laurel — Logroño's legendary Pintxos street — is literally a 2–3 minute walk away. Perfect for an evening out. The breakfast was a genuine highlight: fresh, varied and well above average. A great start to each morning. On the downside, the rooms are on the small side for a 3–4 star hotel, there's no minibar or fridge, and no complimentary water provided. Parking is also an extra €13 per night, which is worth factoring in. A special mention for the young lady at reception — she was wonderfully warm and welcoming ，but other were not. every time we came and went. they kept silent. Good city hotel for the location and breakfast, but don't expect a large room."

"The hotel is very nice and in a great location. It's not suitable for elderly people; the bathtub is slippery when getting in and out. There was very little soap; I asked for shampoo instead of shower gel, and the cups were paper. These are small details that could be greatly improved."

"We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was spacious and largely well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The shower was also good. The property was very clean. We were on the front of the property but had no issues with road noise. Two small changes would have made the stay even better. There is a washing machine downstairs (in the hostel part) but only one drying rack, which was being used. I would have preferred a small drying rack in the apartment. The code system is good. However, you need to be aware that you have to checkin online and the code is sent to you."

"The location is perfect, right in the center. The receptionists aren't the friendliest. We also asked for a pillow, which they told us would be brought up to our room, and at night we had to go back downstairs to get it because they'd forgotten. The room was covered in dog and cat hair, and the bathroom wall had so many stains it was disgusting to touch."
