There was a scrawled note that was difficult to read but with the help of a neighbour I found out it was her home address but when we went there she was not home and again, when we checked the pension, locked and no answer. I had to stay in an expensive hotel and when I contacted her re a refund, she refused."

I think if it was a 1 or maybe 2 star then fair enough but 3 is very generous! There just be lots of better options in this lovely city."
