Sercotel Logrono Suites

I had a nice stay. It was very comfortable, the facilities were good, and everyone was satisfied and took a rest. If you need cooking facilities, I highly recommend it.

Although the facilities met expectations in terms of appliances and comfort, it was a significant lack for our plenary session on the 15th to not have an internet connection on the televisions or the possibility of adjusting this service with our devices. It would be very favorable to improve this point to offer better connectivity if the client so desires. Another unimportant detail was not finding the Nespresso machine as I had read in another user's comments. If they clarify it, it will prevent future clients from what happened to me, buying capsules that I couldn't use. One aspect of the stay that we thought could be improved is the availability of a large bed and not two together to have covered our express request. Otherwise everything was perfect and very happy with the soundproofing and way of controlling the energy with the door and/or window opening detection system.

La calefacción estaba limitada y no se podía subir a 21 grados, tiene stores en las ventanas y por el día entra mucha luz no pudiendo dormir comodamente. Puerta de entrada estropeada y para ir al parking tienes que salir del edificio no hay comunicación directa con las habitaciones

Superb recent apart hotel located 15 minutes from old Logroño. Original check in because no staff but a machine that does the job with delivery of the access card in a few minutes! Superior apar**ent of approximately 45 m2 with a large bedroom (160 bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a living-dining room with convertible sofa and well-equipped kitchenette. All very clean and quiet (view of the courtyard of the buildings). Cheaper paid parking nearby (9.90 euros and even 6.93 euros on the parking site!)

A perfect apar**ent, all new and 5 minutes walk from the center. The apar**ent is very complete and the entrance is autonomous, the staff we found very friendly. I also want to mention the receptionist who was on Thursday, April 4, at the secatel Calle Mayor since I had an emergency with my children and she was super friendly and attentive, it is a pleasure to have a company that has staff like that. We will repeat with the sercotel chain. Thank you

Excellent. Very clean, modern, with all kinds of details. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to enjoy Logroño the next day since they let us leave our backpacks in the storage room.

Beautiful apar**ent for two people, or family with children. Very comfortable and well equipped. Very central. Parking on the street is difficult, but there is a parking lot that can be reserved for a daily fee.
