The teacher said that I have never been evaluated for business trips abroad, this is first time. First of all, everything about the hotel is very good, the service is good, the Chinese are courteous, and each waiter is sincere. There is a swimming pool very nice at the door. But the problem is that the location is too remote. The first day the customer drove me to the hotel, I went the wrong way, and then there was no hotel in Fangyuanli. I went to Senggigi for at least 10 kilometers. Every day, the customer drove over to take us to see the project It ’s hard. After all, it ’s far from where you live. If you want to stay quiet, live here. Senggigi

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service.
Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel.
As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me.
Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard.
The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

Location: From the airport 1 hour - 1 hour and a half hours on the mountain, you can Grab yourself, or let the hotel arrange a transfer. Environment: Super beautiful resort, the hotel is especially beautiful, the pool is very good. The room is large, the design is very warm, the bed is very comfortable, especially the design of the balcony, the view and leisure. Service: Very, very good, very welcoming, responsive. In the evening, I accidentally locked the locker room door, and immediately there were employees coming to help. Meals: The breakfast is very good and the lunch is OK. Dinner is by the sea, listening to the waves blowing the sea breeze, eating something different from the day, and the dessert is also delicious. After eating, you can sit on the beach rocking chair and feel the quiet world of two people. Private beach: the water is very mixed, you can't snorkel, you can walk along the beach. Hygiene: The only thing missing here is the stain on the quilt and the bathrobe. Call the front desk and come over and change. WIFI: Very stable. PS: There is no service phone marked on the phone. Dial 0. The staff of the hotel is not as good as the English in Bali, so don't worry, just let it be clear.

We went to Lombok with my wife and we stayed at Seven Havens Residence. The staff were very friendly. The Manager Mr Wawan was very helpful and kind too. The Heavenly Haven room was huge, clean and beautiful and we got an incredible view from it. The breakfast was so tasty and many choices. We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Havens Residence, on of the best place to stay in Lombok 😎 Can’t hardly wait to come back!

Lombok Chinese people rarely stay in Kuta for a week and have not heard Chinesetown is very deserted. The resort is amazing. The beautiful courtyard has a special person who pruning flowers and plants every day. The swimming pool is also very good and the service is very good. The staff will say hello. I think it can be improved: 1. Breakfast is a fixed tea coffee juice fruit + an optional staple food, but most of the choices are Benedict eggs. What is more monotonous? If it is not recommended for more than three days, breakfast at the hotel 2 restaurants There are a lot of flies in the room, and it is very annoying when I eat. Although there is a small fan on the table, it does not work much. However, it is a problem in many restaurants in Lombok. 3 The bathroom is semi-open and connected to the backyard. It is also a night when the lights are on the floor and all the bugs are on the floor. . I’ll call the front desk and tell me to turn off the lights. 😂 I hope these measures can do a good job.

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserI’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance.
The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time.
The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded.
I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time.
The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not.
The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long.
I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful.
I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t.
My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children.
If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else.
Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there.
Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms
For the money there are many better options in south lombok
TTsz NgongRegal Repose: Allow me to start with a royal touch – the king-size bed at Holiday Resort Lombok is nothing short of great. It's the type of bed that seems to stretch into eternity, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep that even royalty would envy.
Beachfront Bliss: If your idea of paradise involves the soothing sound of waves and the feeling of soft, warm sand beneath your toes, you're in for a treat. This resort is nestled right next to a beautiful beach, ensuring you're only a stone's throw away from nature's beauty.
Isolation Serenity: Now, let's address the flip side. If you're the type who seeks the bustling energy of a vibrant town or a plethora of nearby attractions, you might need to adjust your expectations. Holiday Resort Lombok isn't exactly rubbing shoulders with the town or other sights. It's more of an oasis of tranquility, a retreat from the urban hustle.
Breakfast Brilliance: It's often said that a good breakfast sets the tone for the day. Well, you'll be pleased to know that the breakfast at this resort is nothing short of great. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or a light start, they've got you covered.
In conclusion, the Holiday Resort Lombok is a tranquil haven that caters to those in search of beachfront beauty and peaceful seclusion. The king-size bed ensures you rest like royalty, and the breakfast sets the stage for your daily adventures. However, if you're keen on exploring the local town or tourist attractions, prepare for a bit of a commute. It's a splendid retreat for those who cherish solitude by the sea.
GGuest UserVery sure this is the best hotel in Senggigi, or even in Lombok, both by service and design. Make sure to try the swimming pool, and go to the beach club down below. There’s also a gallery that sell stuff like bikinis, hats, sandals, etc, at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the developer and management.
We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!
GGuest UserWe stayed here in March 2023. The hotel was empty apart from us taking up 2 rooms (unless we missed other guests). The hotel was lovely but it was just very tired. It really does need some updating, but we totally understand that what with Covid and the earthquakes Lombok suffered, recovery has been slow. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only issue we had was that we struggled with the wifi. Each time it went out, we contacted reception and they managed to get it going again, but it was a regular gripe that it would only last for a short time and then have to be reset. Not the end of the world, but we did chose a hotel with wifi as we need to be in contact with work. Due to the lack of guests at the hotel they were running a very limited menu which wasn’t even open of an evening. Again, we understand that the costs of keeping it open for the minimal guests is not cost effective. However, we would have liked to know before we booked. Luckily, we found a very lovely restaurant (The Office) just over the road. Our friends had been here twice in previous years and therefore know how lovely this hotel used to be. We hope it manages to recover and get back to where it once was.
GGuest UserMe & my boyfriend just came for breakfast here as the prices are super reasonable & we were so well looked after. The staff were lovely & so friendly & catered to our every need. We both had scrambled eggs on toast which also has some veg mixed in which is a nice touch & we ordered a tea with milk which were so yummy (which is hard to come by in Indonesia!) The tea was 10k & the scrambled eggs was 30k so it was amazing value. Recommend this spot for breakfast when in Gili T!
GGuest UserWe were there only for 1 night for weekend, booked more than 5 rooms for family and children. Despite the pandemic, Jayakarta seems getting busy with events (workshop, wedding etc) and of course many guests were stayed during weekend (sounds good tho). However, during breakfast seemingly lack of attention and supervision of senior staffs. 80% of staffs in-charge during breakfast were trainees. Egg station, pancake & waffle station, even ”gorengan” station conducted by trainee who started their training program just in 5 days and there was not a senior staff who supervised there. 100% guests were Indonesian (local). we stood in a crowd just for gorengan and omelet, there wasn't any marking of queue nor any motto ”first come first serve” nor ”menjaga jarak” I did order, trainee said “wait a moment or we deliver to your table”. Less than 5 minutes I came back, but another guest took my gorengan. trainee said “wait a moment we deliver to your table”. I came back, she said “gorengan has delivered but to a wrong table” (me sigh). I ordered again and told her will be back less than 5 minutes. when I came back, gorengan have taken by another guest. I decided to wait in gorengan stall, and still other guest took the gorengan, even more there was not a single word came from the trainee suggested the guest to “get in line”, and it took 1 hour just to have 5 slices of gorengan *after struggling and complaining. I had no idea, either the trainee didn’t understand about first come first serve or didn’t notice about who to be served in a queue (Executive Chef & FBM have you trained your trainee how to manage the crowd?). Hotel should be more concerned of PIC in a crowd station, at least could be anticipate the occupancy during busy weekend, hire DW or recalled the worker (WFH) whom have skills and knowing how to handle the crowd just to assist over the weekend. mostly guests were really don’t care about ”getting in line”, what a shame on the guest who insisted getting in line but kept ”ditikung”. the excuse of ”we are very sorry there were many guests” should not be occurred if senior staffs in-charged in a “favorite” station for local guest. Never let your guest leave unhappy
MMSantorini is located on the opposite side of the Gili T from the port. I walked through the center of the island to get there and it took me about 25-30 minutes. If you have big or roller luggage, I wouldn’t suggest this. I just didn’t feel like trying to reason with the horse drivers (no Grab on the island) cause it was my first time and I didn’t know how much it should cost. PS, horse drivers are a standard 100,000. Anywho, the resort is decent and I received a welcome juice. The room was a bit smaller than I imagine. My biggest disappointment was the pool didn’t work and I booked there for 3 nights. I had to use my friends pool every day which was near the port. Other downfall, is the resort is far from the night life which is closer to port if you plan to be out late. And getting back to the resort, you walk or bike down these very dark roads. I ended up leaving after day 2 because the pool still wasn’t working. Food wise, I only tried the Fried Ribs and it was ok. The people were kind and the service was nice I must say. They compensated me by giving me a free bike rental. My recommendation is if you plan to just stay in one place to relax, Santorini is ok for that if the pool is working cause the beach is just across from the resort. But if you plan to explore the island and possibly do night life, I would stay closer to the port.
CChenBuyuI want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)
GGuest UserExcellent Customer Service! Thank you Farid & the rest of the staff for a lovely overnight stay. The breakfast buffer was the BEST we’ve had so far in our journey - the food in the bain-marie was not only fresh & tasty - but was HOT with a wonderful selection of dishes to choose from. The ocean view from our room was divine, with a really cool shower with a view - I had a heavenly long HOT shower (yes I love hot food & hot showers & it’s often not always available in some of the other resorts).
