"I was confused when I checked in because the name of the hotel was different. It's the same place, Merumata Resort. I was so happy to have dinner every evening while watching the beautiful sunset during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was cozy and comfortable. Best of all, the reception staff were always willing to help and solve any problems I might have, which made my stay even more memorable."

"Great location excellent customer service , hospitality and the food was delicious alot of verities of asian and western including their local food . 24hrs room service , house keeping all staffs are very friendly and helpful location city center convient to travel anyway 15 mins to the mall , even to travel to the airport was near and convient .. the spa was great too rooms are well maintained always clean nice view roof top bar was a great one Never miss to stay at Golden Palace to visit Lombok Would love to Thank the management and the Manager Miss Lina, Restaurant Manager, All marketing Managers, Spa Manager Ayu /Jasmine Importantly all STAFFS Of GOLDEN PALACE"

"What a lovely hotel!! Such an amazing experience and we are so glad that we decided to spend a longer time here than other places. We had breakfast included which was lovely and there was always a decent choice for food. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff were always very friendly and polite. The main attraction is the mandalika beach resort that comes included with the price unfortunately its a little bit of a walk or a short bike away from the hotel but it’s definitely work going we spent the majority of our days there and actually got ENGAGED right on the beach there!!! Seems very pricey for the beach club if you aren’t staying at the hotel due to the towel/bed fees but obviously it was free with the hotel for us. Food & drink was more expensive than other places in Lombok but we thought it was worth it for the vibes and also their sushi was some of the best I’ve had and they had lots of vegetarian options.There was a very friendly cat and also a whole family of curious monkeys!! Would highly recommend and will be returning to celebrate where I am became a fiancée!!!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! From the moment we checked in until checkout, the whole experience was superb. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was very efficient. They even gave us thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room had great natural light, was well-equipped and new, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the exquisite toiletries in the bathroom. The value for money is outstanding, I'll definitely be recommending it to friends!"
