SSlavnaExcellent hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly. In our case, they quickly helped us resolve an issue with visiting the hospital; they literally walked us there, sorted everything out, and accompanied us back. The location is very convenient. We walked from the pier upon arrival, and for our return, the hotel arranged a horse-drawn carriage for us at the specified time. The excursions we booked departed directly from the hotel's jetty. The hotel beach is clean, and you can swim with turtles on your own. If you swim to the left, you'll see lots of baby turtles! 😊 The breakfasts are delicious! We ordered room service, and it was brought exactly on time, beautifully presented, tasty, and diverse! 👌👍 Out of 8 hotels in Bali, this one and one other had truly exceptional breakfasts! The rooms are clean! This was a huge plus! Also, there's a French press coffee maker in the room, which is a lovely touch; it's so convenient to start the morning right with a delicious cup of coffee. The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained! I enjoyed the massage, especially having a massage table in a separate spa area. I highly recommend this hotel!

IIldar Z.A wonderful hotel, and its greatest asset is its staff, who make every stay truly unforgettable.
The pool is always clean, and the rooms are cozy and well-maintained. The room is stocked with all the necessary natural toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, dental kit, hair conditioner, body lotion, aloe vera cream, and even a pleasant-smelling repellent. We didn't use it, though—the staff sprayed the room every evening for insects, so we never had any bites.
We ate lunch outside the hotel once and regretted it—we had stomach problems. After that, we ate exclusively at the hotel every day and were absolutely delighted. The breakfasts are simply superb: you can order them in advance from a very extensive menu, including vegan and halal options. You can choose to have them served in your room, in the restaurant, or right on the beach. We always had breakfast on the beach at a table right by the sea—an unforgettable experience.
There's a swimming pool and a bar on site, serving arguably the most delicious pizza. The beach is magnificent: sun loungers and large enclosed beds where you can relax and admire the sea. But the real highlight is the turtles swimming right off the shore and the multitude of beautiful fish.
The hotel also provides complimentary bicycles, allowing you to cycle around the entire island (about 7 km).
A huge thank you to all the staff for our unforgettable stay and for sharing New Year's Eve with us. We will definitely be back ❤️

NNASYATUL SYAZWANIStayed in deluxe cabin located few flight of stairs from the reception, but the staffs helped us with heavy suitcases to bring to and from our cabin.
Check in was seamless - done via bobobox app. Will be faster if already downloaded earlier. But fret not if you hadnt, they have free wifi for you to do so. The app itself is excellent you can just chat with staffs 24/7 if you have any queries or if you want to book for camp fire service at night.
The cabin, very clean and the bed is spacious for 2.
The view 💯 stunning. Morning time was the best with clear Mt. rinjani view. It gives you the camping vibe but in a comfortable way.

GGuest UserI stayed for a week again this time. This was my first time in a room at the very back of the building, and I really enjoyed the spaciousness and the view from the room. All the staff at Shima Hotel greet us with a smile, which always makes us feel so happy. We'll be staying again next year!

GGuest UserHoliday Resort Lombok is an amazing resort with friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much of an inconvenience for them, they all greeted you with a smile and a hello.
The resort itself has amazing facilities and is right on the beach. Watching the sunset from the resort was absolutely stunning whilst the locals surfed. The restaurant's meals were delicious and not over priced. The two pools were a nice place to swim and relax. My son enjoyed the gym as well.
I would definitely stay at Holiday Resort again. Thank you for a great stay.

AANNAМесто хорошее рядом с черепахами . Но убирают виллу очень плохо , за неделю проживания убрали 2 раза , постель поменяли 1 раз !(((( на второй раз просто стряхнули веником с постели крошки , и не поменяли . Полы вообще никогда не мыли ( на вилле было очень много сороконожек 😭 ползли ночью прям по балдахину , пожаловалась ,оперативно переселили на другую виллу , там их было поменьше но ползали . В вотс апе быстро отвечают . Вода была из душа соленой и почти не лилась , горячей не было , но я так же об этом сообщила и всё исправили на пресную , хорошую воду с хорошим напором и горячую . Не понимаю почему сразу до заселения этого было не сделать . В целом , если бы изначально хорошо убирались и всё подготовили , то я бы с удовольствием приехала в следующем году .

TTiOkudA wonderful hotel with amazing breakfasts, a really beautiful beach, and decent massages.
We ordered food from the restaurant a few times – it took a long time to arrive and tasted about 5/10, but the breakfasts were incredibly delicious and varied.
The location isn't great if you plan on actively exploring the island, but if you're looking for solitude and just want to relax at the hotel, it's perfect.
The nearest decent store (M-Mart) is about a 15-minute scooter ride away. There's nothing else nearby – no shops, no cafes. Within walking distance, there are only local stalls with a questionable selection of products.
Its location proved inconvenient for island excursions; it took too long to get anywhere.
About a 15-minute scooter ride away, there's a beach for beginner surfing, and from there you can also take a boat to more serious waves.
Be aware that you can't call a Grab or Gojek taxi from the hotel; you'll have to use the hotel's transfer service, which charges triple the taxi fare.
The hotel offers scooter rentals, but the price is also inflated. You could rent one for a day to get to Kuta and rent from locals there.
We had a room with direct pool access, but we never swam in it. I don't recommend spending extra for it. The area around it seemed dubious, with lots of insects (mosquitoes, large spiders), several big lizards and geckos, and I even saw a rat jumping through the tree branches once.

The overall experience was… honestly, really lovely. I don’t know if it was the way everything seemed to run so smoothly, or just the general vibe, but it made me feel comfortable in a way that surprised me. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely nice — or at least, it felt that way — which made the stay feel more personal and warm.
There was this sense of everything being thought through. I couldn’t necessarily point to one specific thing that made it stand out, but the combination of everything — the ambiance, the way things were handled, just the overall feeling — made it seem almost effortless. It’s like everything worked together quietly in the background to make the stay good without needing to shout about it.
Even though I can’t name exact details, I had this strong sense throughout my time there that I was being taken care of in a subtle, reassuring way. It wasn’t loud or flashy, just consistently good. The environment felt balanced, almost like it understood exactly how to make guests feel at ease without trying too hard.
I left feeling genuinely happy and strangely relaxed — the kind of feeling that sneaks up on you when everything just… works. And even if I can’t explain every reason why, I know I walked away with a really positive impression. I’d absolutely consider staying here again. Probably more than just consider, honestly.

GGuest UserWe really loved this hotel and is located by a quiet beach. Breakfast was good and meals are good too. Service was good and the staff are friendly and kind.
Only downside(s) is the noise from outside the room - corridor noise - doors seem to have some vents, which inadvertently lets in the noise.
