"Booked mangsit villa for 4 of us, very spacious villa. Ours located at 2nd floor, and the butlers helped us to carry our heavy suitcases to/from the villa. Please note that this type of villa is not beach front but only small road-cross away from the main resort. The facilities are top notch, their services and breakfast spread are excellent!"

"Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok."

"This feels like the best hotel in Lombok. The sea view is stunning, and the overall experience at this resort was excellent. The sea view is absolutely fantastic, right facing the ocean, and the room is spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices, which was a great experience. In the evenings, you can even watch sports in the hotel's common areas, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The only minor drawback is that in a tropical environment, you might find ants in the room, which is a common small issue on islands. Other than that, there are no significant flaws. The overall vacation vibe is cozy and relaxing. Friends who prioritize sea views and good food should definitely consider this place. I'd recommend bringing some insect repellent to enhance your stay even further."

"Although the hotel is a bit old, the common areas still have a great resort feel. However, the rooms were quite damp overall. My passport and book wrinkled after just one day in the room. The duvet was also damp for the first two nights, so I assumed it was just how it was, but surprisingly, I got a dry duvet on the third night. The restaurant prices were fair, but the staff seemed a bit disorganized. It wasn't until the fourth day, just before leaving, that I discovered the hotel actually offers many activities, including baby turtle releases. The hotel is right next to the pier, so you can take a boat directly to Bali, though the ride was incredibly bumpy – so much so that I questioned my life choices (and it was a sunny day with only a 4-knot wind!)."

Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all. Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again."

"This is an old Balinese-style hotel with a bungalow system. The service is friendly, and the hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable and quiet. The location is in a quiet area of Senggigi. You have to rent a motorbike to get around. Breakfast is standard with not many choices. What I like is the fairly spacious room, bathroom with an old-fashioned bathtub. It's still comfortable and pleasant."

"The resort is about an hour’s drive from the airport and located away from town, making it a perfect choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachfront escape. The service is outstanding, the property is stunning, and we especially loved the massage at the resort. While the resort has many appealing features, the overall cleanliness could use some improvement. In particular, the bathroom had a noticeable odor, especially around the toilet area, which made the space feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. With better attention to housekeeping and more thorough cleaning in these areas, the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced. In addition, it seemed like the shampoo and body wash provided were actually the same product, as they felt very similar in texture and scent. If you prefer a specific shampoo or want your hair to feel softer and fresher after washing, it’s a good idea to bring your own. Having your personal hair care products on hand can make a noticeable difference, especially after spending time in the sun and saltwater."
