One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok!
Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment.
The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers.
But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations.
If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!
TTria Damayantoreally nice hotel.
I had an excellent stay at. The hotel is beautifully designed with a relaxing tropical atmosphere, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail.
the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The pool area is stunning and perfect for unwinding, while the food was delicious and well-presented.
The location is also ideal—close to Kuta Lombok’s main area, yet still quiet and private.
will be back soon!

PPavelOProbably not worth it for a long stay (we stayed a week. 3-4 nights were fine. The villa was a bit tired, and a few tiles had chipped off in the pool. Mostly on the walls, so it wasn't particularly uncomfortable. It seemed like there wasn't enough furniture in the living room for a 3-bedroom villa. There were three of us, and it was tight. Six people wouldn't fit in the living room. The view is superb. The restaurant is good, but not cheap, even compared to other 5* hotels. By the way, the room service menu has higher prices for the same dishes than in the restaurant itself. I've never noticed that before. The staff is nice. The beach is nice, but not for swimming; the waves roll in both at high and low tide. There were a lot of pestering people. You can go to the right if you're facing the sea, about 25 minutes away, where there are nice wild beaches with calm and clear water (pictured).
FForeveryoung1031The hotel is located in the southern Kuta area. The entrance road is tortuous and bumpy. When we arrived, we found that the environment was great. The reception staff greeted us warmly. The room was simply designed and had a light fragrance! In short, it was a good experience.
GGuest UserThis lodge was absolutely gorgeous and had amazing panoramic views from the ocean to the top of Mt. Rinjani. The garden is lush and colorful and full of butterflies, dragonflies and swifts. Staff were very kind to us and the food was generally yummy though somewhat expensive compared to other restaurants nearby. The resort is an easy walk to the nearby waterfalls as well as Rinjani trailhead, but there is not much around the area. Swimming pools were nice. Our showers didn't have much water pressure and we could only get hot water to work in one bathroom. The rooms are nicely designed though and comfortable.
The only criticism I have about the dining is that they charged us for waters at meals when the water was free for guests if we just filled up our own bottles. Also, i would suggest that the staff empty out decorative containers that collect water as we saw some mosquito larvae inside them.
GGuest UserMixed feelings — kind staff but disappointing overall.
First of all, a big thank you to the hotel staff, who were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t the people — it’s the property itself. The photos online look beautiful, but in reality, the finishes and details just don’t match the pictures. Everything feels a bit cheap and unfinished.
For example, the pool area has small sofas but no cushions, so you can’t really relax comfortably by the water. In the rooms, several things were off — cracked flooring, a broken window, missing door handles (you have to lock the door from inside or outside every time), and other small issues that really add up. Considering the price, it’s quite disappointing, especially when there are nicer hotels nearby for less money.
We stayed in the Villa Fuego, which, as you can see on Google Maps, is located right next to the road — meaning it’s noisy, with scooters constantly passing by. It completely breaks the idea of a quiet, romantic getaway in a “private villa.” It’s a real shame, because the staff do their best, but the overall experience doesn’t live up to the expectations or the price.
Sadly, despite the warm hospitality, we left feeling that this stay was not worth it.
SShamalouIt's a 5 minute walk from Bangsal pier, so if you want something for an overnight stay before heading to the Gilis it's great. The room was pretty clean, shower worked well. Curtains didn't block the light but honestly, for an overnight stay it's fine. Comfortable and the staff member I saw was friendly and helpful.
TIP 2: Use the Easybook app to buy tickets from Bangsal by fastboat to the Gilis (85,000 rupiah to Gili Air). Saves you the hassle of swatting away the annoying people at the pier who try to get you to buy tickets with them, and finding the official ticket office. If the seas are rough, they'll cancel the fastboats and you'll lose your money but it's so cheap it doesn't matter. Your only option then is to get transport to Sira beach nearby and take the local slow boats, which cost only 15,000 and take about 15 minutes. You'll have to get your feet wet.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg)
This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying.
However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.
HHaki AkujiThe place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool
However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserVery close to Kuta Beach, just a few minutes walk. The room is very average, with a door inside, which is weird. The breakfast environment is very good, you can see the sea. The breakfast is self-service, with quite a few varieties, and the taste is very Indonesian, which is not accustomed to it
