Hotels Near Pura Lingsar Labuan in Lombok

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

Hotel location is very good. Near Mataram Mall and eateries. Breakfast is also good. Room is big with fridge n good wifi connection.

nice place to stay in the middle of the city! Their swimming pool has a very beautiful view and i can see mount rinjani from there too. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but maybe the food need to be upgrade for variatif menu. overall very recommended!

The umpteenth time staying at Lombok Astoria, always satisfied with the condition of the hotel and its service. The hotel's interior design looks luxurious and high class. The view of the room is very beautiful, with views of the Rinjani mountains. Spacious rooms, great facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The restaurant staff is very caring, respectful and serves elegantly. The uniform is well laid out. There is a clean swimming pool, my children loved it

Location: From the airport 1 hour - 1 hour and a half hours on the mountain, you can Grab yourself, or let the hotel arrange a transfer. Environment: Super beautiful resort, the hotel is especially beautiful, the pool is very good. The room is large, the design is very warm, the bed is very comfortable, especially the design of the balcony, the view and leisure. Service: Very, very good, very welcoming, responsive. In the evening, I accidentally locked the locker room door, and immediately there were employees coming to help. Meals: The breakfast is very good and the lunch is OK. Dinner is by the sea, listening to the waves blowing the sea breeze, eating something different from the day, and the dessert is also delicious. After eating, you can sit on the beach rocking chair and feel the quiet world of two people. Private beach: the water is very mixed, you can't snorkel, you can walk along the beach. Hygiene: The only thing missing here is the stain on the quilt and the bathrobe. Call the front desk and come over and change. WIFI: Very stable. PS: There is no service phone marked on the phone. Dial 0. The staff of the hotel is not as good as the English in Bali, so don't worry, just let it be clear.

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and arranged a taxi transfer and laundry for us. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed! It was 100m from the beach and a very easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset.
