Upper Deck Resort the Best hotel in Lonavala starting from the entrance, you can park your car and the hotel will pick you up, As the the hotel is situated on the top of hill it was thrilling ride. when we reached the resort there was warm welcome. the room allotted was neat and clean we enjoyed a lot in the pool. there is deck in resort just like titanic, you can have photo shoot and selfies. The food was included in package and it was delicious and the service was excellent.

We stayed for one night. This is a well designed property on a sloping hill. One gets view of mountains and valleys from decks at various elevations. Due to height, weather gets cooler in evening with nice breeze respite from summer. Service is slow. Bathroom shower is pathetic with hardly any water coming down. Rooms are clean. Wifi not available. Approach road to the property is narrow passing through a settlement with chickens running around!road is steep and mostly bad. Road signs are missing. Food is below average. However a one night stay is enjoyable due lovely scenery.

The view from the resort was fabulous, we had a panaromic view of the vast mountains from the deck. The staff is very courteous. Overall hotel is managed well. The resort offers only buffet meal course, but there are a lot of good options to choose from, so you don't miss a la carte. Rooms are spacious and kept tidy. Toilets are clean. Resort is located in the outskirts of lonavala, which proves to be a great advantage.

Poorly maintained rooms. No cooling in ac. Very limited items in the food menu and found okay from taste wise. The restaurant area not clean at all, we could flies all over.

Not a value for money option, nothing justifies the price at which you book rooms in this resort, rooms had no wifi connectivity, had only buffet option for dinner /lunch. We booked deluxe room for 10k + per night excluding dinner, the views from the room were ordinary and nothing special to justify the high prices charged.

Had a wonderful, quality time with friends and kids. Staff was co-operative, property pleasant. Stay was pleasant. Food was good.
