"We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards."

"This is one of the worst hotel I have ever seen in terms of Staff behavior, service. Even most important things, first they will not listen your problem and later on they will say that complaint has not been done, Such a bad miscommunication so be aware before visiting this place. P.S.: They have Thali during lunch hour which is 12.30pm to 2.30pm but when you reach at restaurant at 1.30pm and ask for Thali then they will say it is finished and you have to chose ala carte menu so it is the prank done with customer so that customer will come and pay heavy for ala carte. Apart from this problems are: - Bulb inside room was not working. - Hundreds of insects and mosquito inside and outside of the room. - Used toiletries inside the room. - No internet inside the room. - For my room TV working condition. - There were used paper glass in bathroom and room."
