3-Star Hotels in Lonavala

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

It was a good stay, the rooms and facilities were nice, restaurant having lot of options, foods served was nice, however south indian food like dosa and uttapam were not upto the mark. Also it was insisted multiple times to use the inhouse spa services, which sometimes created irritation, however owner behaviour was awesome. Overall a good stay and i would like to give another visit whenever in lonavala.

Amazing overall experience. Everything is excellent about this property. Hygiene is the utmost priority for the management here.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

Location is prime and very easy to find service is good and staff is cooperative food is ok overall good experience
