3-Star Hotels in Lonavala

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

**Rating: ★★★☆☆** I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Park for a 1 night business trip. My experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. **Positives:** 1. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access key business districts and tourist attractions. 2. **Staff:** The staff were friendly and helpful. They were quick to address my requests and provided good recommendations for local dining. 3. **Cleanliness:** My room and the common areas were clean and well-maintained. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. **Room Comfort:** While the room was generally comfortable, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the pillows were not as plush as expected. 2. **Amenities:** The amenities were quite basic. The hotel could benefit from updating some of its facilities, such as the gym, which had limited equipment and space. 3. **Noise:** My room faced a busy street, and the soundproofing was not sufficient to block out the noise from traffic and nightlife. Light sleepers might find it challenging to get a good night's rest. Overall, they provided a satisfactory stay but could use some improvements to enhance guest comfort and experience. I would consider staying here again for short trips but might explore other options for longer stays.

Staff is cordial especially sushant. Rooms are decent but i think the bathrooms are a perennial problem in all 4 star and below hotels. It stinks and are unhygienic. That's my experience in most of the hotels. The entire hotel industry should pay attention to the hygiene aspects of washrooms and the smell.
