2-Star Hotels in Galle

A wonderful place with a very pleasant and kind host. Advantages: quietly, to the beach 15 minutes quiet step, no trains, music from bars, no drunk parties, pavilions fly in the guests, burunduks run on trees, birds sing. In the room is hot water, refrigerator, teapot, dishes. You can cook when you want in a common kitchen. I had breakfast included: omlet with tomatoes, coffee/tea, fruit, toasts with butter and jim, sometimes the owner added local dishes. The host is very kind: when I got sick, he took care of me. And he also gave recommendations for further traveling around the country. Plus said it was worth, and it was not worth buying here, but better in another city. I liked him very much. The guy is cleaned, he is constantly except for the night on the territory. Always ready to come for help. The territory is beautiful, decorated. I recommend from the soul. I wish I could attach the video. I'll try Google . Yes, I went for a couple of nights, as a result remained significantly longer.

The manager is well educated and the young staff are very good. The station, fortress and bus terminal are within walking distance. There are shops around which are like station front, and it is very lively. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, making it a prominent place in the city. The shower is hot enough and the cooler works. I recommend it for your gratitude.

The beds where comfy and soft. Its good for one night. But i would not stay longer because the room is quite weird in the hallway.

My husband and I loved everything! The location is great, the price is reasonable. The hotel is right on the beachfront, with direct ocean views from the courtyard! The room isn't a luxury suite, which is understandable—it's Sri Lanka. But the owner, his wife, and the entire staff really do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. They also speak very good English. We had no problems checking in either. Our room overlooked the Citrus Hotel courtyard—it's absolutely beautiful: a lawn, a pool, palm trees—a beautiful view!

We stayed there for 16 days. Housekeeping was provided at our request. The bed was comfortable and large, with an ocean view and a balcony with light, chairs, and a table where you can relax listening to the ocean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The sheets and towels were clean, bright and white, without any stains. The entire staff was polite and always did their best to make our stay comfortable. For a 2-star hotel right on the ocean, I think this is a fair price and can recommend it. Please note that the description does not include a kettle, hairdryer, or mini fridge—and there won't be any. For those who need this, it's worth noting. All issues that arose were resolved promptly. As an exception, we were provided with a kettle.
