Amazing
RRajatThe stay was pleasant. The hotel is nicely located with an awesome view from most of the delux rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. We were lucky to get a complementary upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel yet with luxury.

GGuest UserIt was a good stay, the rooms and facilities were nice, restaurant having lot of options, foods served was nice, however south indian food like dosa and uttapam were not upto the mark. Also it was insisted multiple times to use the inhouse spa services, which sometimes created irritation, however owner behaviour was awesome. Overall a good stay and i would like to give another visit whenever in lonavala.

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive.
Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating.
Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day.
Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth.
The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly.
The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained.
Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.
