"We loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too.
However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving.
We liked our stay at Enrise very much."

GGuest UserIt was a good stay, the rooms and facilities were nice, restaurant having lot of options, foods served was nice, however south indian food like dosa and uttapam were not upto the mark. Also it was insisted multiple times to use the inhouse spa services, which sometimes created irritation, however owner behaviour was awesome. Overall a good stay and i would like to give another visit whenever in lonavala.

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive.
Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating.
Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day.
Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth.
The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly.
The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained.
Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

GGuest UserProperty location was quite far away from railway station. Room was look average. What i expect at ruppee i found other hotels better than these. Taps in bathroom are broken. As well as if we order something then its mandatory to do payment via cash. They dont use payment. So overall my experience was not so good.

GGuest UserDon’t book it find another hotel. this hotel was horrible it’s neither have good service nor environment and staff never give good service to you. Lonavala visit only in monsoon otherwise cancel your trip and make sure you will visit only in next mansoon.
