We stayed at the resort for 2 nights, and unfortunately, my overall experience was not satisfactory despite the polite and responsive staff. A significant portion of the resort, including several restaurants, was closed due to ongoing renovation work, causing disruption and noise within our room. Additionally, the passage areas outside the rooms were dusty. Our meal package required us to order a la carte, and on the first night, the food was overly salty, with the fish in the fish and chips dish being undercooked. We had to return these dishes. The breakfast was served at a restaurant near the gate, necessitating a long walk down a slope, as the buggy rides were infrequent and we had to walk on multiple occasions. On the day of check-in, we faced issues with charging our gadgets, and upon contacting housekeeping, they had to fix tripped switches. In conclusion, we did not feel we received value for the money spent. It would be more reasonable for the resort to reduce the tariff during the renovation period, considering the inconveniences guests have to endure.
