Very clean and new room, comfortable and quiet. Service was great, enjoyed the restaurant too. Highly recommend.

The hotel have a good location area. It is near huge bigger shopping mall. Modern styling room decoration, and quite place to take a rest. Our window view is watching railway, it is a good viewing. If this hotel can provide breakfast that will be more prefect.

Very new rooms, eclectic themed colors and superb reception staff that takes note of all your requests. Awesome location near train station and good security managing the bustling bar restaurant below till late.

Very clean hotel with very good service attitude and convenient transportation. Although the sparrow is small, it has all internal organs. It is suitable for friends to go out. There is also a bar in the lobby. It is very lively and worth recommending!

Beautiful hotel with a nice lobby to relax in after a day of walking around London. However, the neighborhood feels unsafe in the evening. Therefore, I would not stay at this hotel again. Hoxton against that is always good.

Beautiful and stylish hotel! Comfortable shower! There were no slippers or bathrobes, so it might be more comfortable to bring pajamas and sandals.

Very good location

My recent stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The decor is stylish and the staff pleasant, offering a warm welcome. However, the pillows were too soft for comfort, impacting my sleep quality. Additionally, the neighborhood didn't feel safe

The room is really wonderfully decorated. It certainly is very cosy indeed. I stayed in the cosy park room which had lots of light which helped seeing as the room is very small. The decor in the whole hotel is super chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check out an hour later which was really kind. The location is great in terms of transport and being close to Westfield and NottingHill. But there’s hardly any options in terms of dining apart from what’s in Westfield. The area is really run down. It was quite noisy in and outside the hotel at night. A lot of unsavory characters about. The other drawback was the bed. The pillows were rock hard.

Very cool hotel, once you walk through the door it’s so relaxing … lovely bar and restaurant…. Friendly staff… rooms small but perfect for a short visit. Everything you need … fancy tea & coffee, milk, water and a great bed …. Bathroom beautiful…. And all for a very reasonable price for London. Our new ‘go to’ London hotel!
