"The decor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is good. Breakfast is decent. However, it might not be as good value for money as the standard twin room."

"I stayed in a single room 512. It was a larger than expected room and the bed was high and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find you can catch the H91 bus from Osterley or walk for 15 mins from the station. The room had a fridge, TV and a decent bathroom with body cream in addition to all the usual cleansers. The shower was great! The room was carpeted and that was nice. There was a kettle with a basic range of hot drinks. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. I liked the choice of fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was varied but a bit cold. The toaster was not toasting the bread that well. The croissants were very nice crappy and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the foyer areas welcoming. I enjoyed my stay as I was visiting Kew Gardens and it took a short bus ride directly from the hotel and that was very good. So local to visit Kew Gardens. There are lots of food places around the hotel that are excellent value. I tried a chicken Biryani and it was superb! All very reasonably priced. The H91 bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I had a good view of Heathrow airport from my window and I was amazed how many flights went over the hotel. I couldn’t hear the planes but enjoyed watching them. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was a good value choice and met all my needs. Excellent stay for visiting Kew Gardens and a very reasonable price! The images I’ve uploaded are the hotel from the outside the view from my room, interior of the room after I stayed! And the bathroom and cleansers hope it’s a help folks!"

"There is no ac in each pod, if you need fresh air you have to open the pod for more. The bathroom smells bad and the water is fine. I don’t think it worth to stay in. Good for me only staying here for one night."

"Good hotel as you would expect from the brand. Excellent service from the staff. My picture isn’t great because I took a quick snap in the morning as I was leaving. Hotel starting to look slightly tired but it’s clean. Just needs a little redecoration in places. Nothing major. I only notice this as I’ve stayed several times before over the years."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the huge Westfield shopping mall in West London, which has all sorts of restaurants and great shopping. The room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly for a July stay, though it was a bit noisy. Still, I slept well through the night. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to London."
