There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a 24-hour Tesco next to it. London Bridge is just a few stops away. I will stay here again next time."

"We've stayed before. The breakfast was great, service staff at breakfast were very helpful. Easy check-in, the room was great. Lovely helpful staff in general. The only issue we had was at the bar in the evening, we came home after a show and thought it would be nice to have a drink. My mother ordered a white wine, this was served to her warm, when we asked for a cold glass they offered ice to put in the wine, I was shocked this was suggested. My mother was horrified, she worked as a wine merchant for years. She wasn't offered an alternative option. She suggested they put it in an ice bucket to chill it. Which they did do but what should have been a pleasant easy drink at the end of an evening wasn't. I'd expect much better from a hotel of this standard. White wine should be served cold not room temperature. I asked for an apperol spritz off the menu to be told they had no pressecco on a Friday night that's not good enough."

"The shower water in the room is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The sewer is also clogged. If you take a long shower, the water will overflow. The bathroom is full. The windows in the room cannot be opened. There is no ventilation. The sound insulation is very poor. Every morning I was woken up by the sound of people taking a shower, brushing teeth and flushing the toilet upstairs. Don't sleep here if you are jet lagged. The food here is very salty."

"Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. I particularly enjoyed the shops on both sides of the street leading to the subway station; it has all the well-known chain stores in the UK. Honestly, the price on Trip.com was the best option among all booking platforms."

"My husband and I stayed at the Atrium for a night. We drove there because on the Trip. com app it was mentioned that there was free on site parking. When we arrived, the receptionist who attended to us was not helpful and asked us to pay £18 for the parking fee. We told him and even showed him the ad ahere it says that the parking was free. He barely looked at it before asking us to pay and take up our issue with Trip. com. We paid and went to our room. I am expecting a refund from Trip as there was miscommunication."

"This hotel is an excellent spot to stay in if you are looking for a good location with transport, lots of amenities and excellent staff. I have stayed here twice now and I have to stay the customer service in paticular that of Dhruv and Paulo was 5 star! They looked after my luggage when I went to work, provided support when I was looking to order from the restaurant and even an iron and ironing board for my suit and tie. The staff are honestly lovely and it feels like a great location if you are visiting London for a short stay."
