"The decor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is good. Breakfast is decent. However, it might not be as good value for money as the standard twin room."

"I stayed in a single room 512. It was a larger than expected room and the bed was high and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find you can catch the H91 bus from Osterley or walk for 15 mins from the station. The room had a fridge, TV and a decent bathroom with body cream in addition to all the usual cleansers. The shower was great! The room was carpeted and that was nice. There was a kettle with a basic range of hot drinks. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. I liked the choice of fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was varied but a bit cold. The toaster was not toasting the bread that well. The croissants were very nice crappy and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the foyer areas welcoming. I enjoyed my stay as I was visiting Kew Gardens and it took a short bus ride directly from the hotel and that was very good. So local to visit Kew Gardens. There are lots of food places around the hotel that are excellent value. I tried a chicken Biryani and it was superb! All very reasonably priced. The H91 bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I had a good view of Heathrow airport from my window and I was amazed how many flights went over the hotel. I couldn’t hear the planes but enjoyed watching them. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was a good value choice and met all my needs. Excellent stay for visiting Kew Gardens and a very reasonable price! The images I’ve uploaded are the hotel from the outside the view from my room, interior of the room after I stayed! And the bathroom and cleansers hope it’s a help folks!"

"My fifth time staying here and the worst stay yet. Firstly the light did not work in the capsule. This was reported and not fixed so the entire time was complete darkness. The pods are not sound proof. I’m not sure if this is possible but they have got less sound proof over the last few months. I do not recommend staying if you are on business. Constant noise from people coming back way past 1am means very uncomfortable night sleep"

It's clean, fresh, and conveniently placed to get into London. Shah has great local knowledge and also able to guiding in how to get in/out easily. "The hotel service was excellent. The concierge offered complimentary luggage storage, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities provided. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. This year, the UK has experienced unusually hot weather, so having air conditioning indoors was a huge plus. The transportation is very convenient, as it's only about 300 meters from Shepherd's Bush, and the Westfield shopping center nearby makes shopping super easy. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."
