The price of the hotel is reasonable, and it can share facilities with similar five-star hotels. The transportation is relatively convenient, there are many breakfast options, and the staff are friendly.
The smell of jasmine in the lobby is not acceptable. There is only one elevator in the hotel, so you have to wait for a long time. There were a lot of flying insects in the room, the electric kettle was very dirty, the sound insulation was a bit poor, and the toilet was small and had poor drainage. It takes a long time to queue for breakfast. At the same time, the dining table is too thin and the breakfast tastes too heavy and salty.

Lovely stay right near Buckingham Palace. I loved the fact this hotel had breakfast included and spa facilities! Would recommend this hotel. Courtyard area is so beautiful.
