Hilton London Kensington Hotel

I stayed here alone this time. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, which is rare to find overseas – they were always smiling and friendly, never looking sluggish. I thought to myself, 'This is Hilton quality!' The other guests were also very friendly; I often got into conversations with them, like in the elevator. It felt like a very safe and comfortable hotel to stay in. However, one small thing bothered me: the TV in my room was tilted when I entered. I was a bit worried, thinking, 'What if it falls during my stay and I'm held responsible?'

The hotel is a bit old, the beds creak, and the breakfast is just okay. The price doesn't match the quality.

The hotel location is great, quite close to Shepherd's Bush tube station, which is part of a large shopping complex, about a five-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is a bit old, but I stayed for two nights and the breakfast was excellent and comprehensive. Adding breakfast at the front desk was £16 per person, although the listed price was £19.95 per person. Overall, it was good.

The hotel service was excellent. The concierge offered complimentary luggage storage, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities provided. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. This year, the UK has experienced unusually hot weather, so having air conditioning indoors was a huge plus. The transportation is very convenient, as it's only about 300 meters from Shepherd's Bush, and the Westfield shopping center nearby makes shopping super easy. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The room was fine, but the Wi-Fi in some rooms was really bad, making it impossible to work properly. Aside from the Wi-Fi, the hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including plenty of fruit and drinks. I particularly loved their black pepper roasted mushrooms.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the huge Westfield shopping mall in West London, which has all sorts of restaurants and great shopping. The room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly for a July stay, though it was a bit noisy. Still, I slept well through the night. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to London.

The front desk staff were excellent. The hotel itself was old, but the amenities were great and the room was clean. The hairdryer's cord was a bit frayed, so it took some effort to use it. It would be helpful if they could check the amenities more regularly.

With Europe experiencing a heatwave, I chose this hotel specifically because it had air conditioning and a bathtub. Although the building itself is old, the AC worked wonderfully. I requested a quiet room, and they gave me one facing the residential area, which was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options; the British breakfast was particularly good. I stayed for three nights and never got tired of it. It was a bit far from the city center, but the bus stop right in front of the hotel made it very convenient.
