The location is the biggest highlight, next to the British Museum. The room is relatively clean and the front desk is very polite. The breakfast is not unexpectedly bad, but the price is very cost-effective.

I stayed here several times on business trips. Although the room was small, it was still enough to open a 24-inch suitcase. The facilities are not particularly old, but the sanitation is average. The sound insulation is quite poor. If someone is talking on the phone in the next room, you can hear it clearly, but the noise from the street outside the window is not that noisy. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall value for money is OK

Great location in London. Friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately I think I had a room that was not very well cleaned when I arrived (carpet and bathtub).

The location is great, right next to Russell Square, about a 25 minute walk to Big Ben, and about 10 minutes to the British Museum. They will keep your luggage even after check-out. It's clean and the staff are very accommodating. The city view room had a great view. The cafe in Russell Square is open from 7:00, so we recommend eating English breakfast there. You can eat for around £10 per person. There was no problem with Wi-Fi, and there was also a hairdryer. Laundry service was also available for a fee.
