Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

The Blue Orchid Tower Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the subway station and within walking distance of Tower Bridge, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms come equipped with an induction cooktop, perfect for families with children who want to prepare simple meals like noodles or eggs. However, the hotel is right next to a train station, and the noise from passing trains can be quite loud, as the soundproofing isn't great. Light sleepers might find this disruptive. Overall, it's well-suited for family trips, and if you're sensitive to noise, you can request a room facing away from the street in advance.

Excellent location, very convenient and close to the subway. Tower Bridge is right next to it, and the Tower of London is just across the street. However, be aware of their first-floor rooms, specifically 101-102, as they are close to the railway and very noisy. After changing rooms, it was much better.

It was decent. Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than expected. Basic amenities were all well-equipped. The location was convenient for transportation, and it was easy to find places to eat and shop nearby. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were very friendly. For this price point, the overall value for money is excellent. I would consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk staff looked utterly annoyed and spoke very rudely. They were tossing passports around without an ounce of politeness. Other hotels only require one person to check in, but here, you have to show all passports, including those of minors. The lobby and elevators were packed with tourists and their luggage. I really regret choosing this place when I could have paid a similar price for somewhere less crowded. The hallways were old, with a dull and dated historical carpet. The room was basic, with simple decor, giving off a 'rental apartment' vibe. The layout was bizarre, with a ten-meter long corridor right after the entrance. The window faced directly onto the light rail station and railway tracks, so it was noisy late into the night and we were woken up early every morning. There were mirrors everywhere – seven mirrors in total, not even counting the bathroom. Lying in bed, you could see your reflection from every angle. The kitchen facilities were extremely basic; it would be hard to even boil noodles, let alone prepare a simple meal. The soundproofing was awful. With so many tourists, there was constant noise in the hallway. Combined with the long, narrow entrance corridor, the sound amplified like a megaphone into the room. All in all, even with poor hardware, if the service attitude was good, I wouldn't be complaining. But in all my time in the UK, I've never encountered such rude front desk staff. If I hadn't been with my child, I would have definitely argued with her.

The hotel's location is great, right across the street from the Tower of London and close to the subway station, making travel convenient. However, the check-in experience was terrible! We finally got to check in at 3 PM, and they gave us a room on the first floor. This floor isn't accessible by elevator, so we had to navigate several flights of stairs. When we opened the door, we were shocked! Not only were the room facilities rudimentary and completely different from the booking photos, but the room hadn't even been cleaned. The hotel assigned us a room that hadn't been tidied up yet (see picture). We went back to the front desk to report the problem, and they quickly switched us to a room on the 4th floor, which was much better. One of the rooms had a window facing the railway tracks, so the hotel compensated us with two days of free breakfast. This clearly indicates internal management issues at the hotel. I still wanted to share this experience so more consumers are aware, and I hope Ctrip doesn't hide this honest review. On a side note, the hotel breakfast was quite decent, though it can't compare to domestic hotels. They offered white congee and oatmeal, which should generally satisfy Chinese palates.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean, with a full range of facilities, perfect for business trips! The location is convenient, very close to Tower Hill station, and the breakfast is also good.

Service: This hotel was amazing!!! It made my trip to London feel very safe and secure. I arrived early and they kindly stored my luggage for me, then I walked to Tower Bridge. The staff were very patient and friendly. The complimentary tea and biscuits provided by the hotel were delicious! Environment: The accommodation was excellent, very clean, quiet, and not noisy at all. The room was cleaned daily. The main thing I want to say is! The front desk staff where we stayed were really super nice. When we were unsure about directions and asked for help, they explained everything very patiently. The surrounding transportation is convenient, whether by bus or subway. In London, even walking for an hour is considered normal.

The room location is excellent. It was cleaned daily and is very close to Tower Bridge. Right outside, there's a subway station and a train station, along with several supermarkets nearby. The restaurants are also great, offering delicious Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Indian cuisine.
