Nice room with great location 3 min walk to tube station and borough market

The hotel is located in central area and tower bridge is close by. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Fabulous stay at this premier inn. Travelled with four friends to celebrate my 60th Birthday . Rooms well appointment , clean and staff lovely. Special mention to Olga who decorated my room with birthday decorations, it was amazing, also thank you for my surprise flowers and chocolates. I will definitely be staying here in the future, for those thinking of staying here great location , nice restaurants close by and convenient for tube station. Tescos close by too. Well done to all the staff for making my birthday so special

My husband and I chose this Premier Inn based on the glowing TripAdvisor reviews, and previous positive experiences with other Premier Inns. Pros: the hotel itself is a nice mid-range property. Our room was very clean. We appreciated the security of using your room card to access the hotel floors in elevator. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Cons: the short alley/walkway that leads to the hotel isn't very clean. There were at times multiple men around the hotel entrance area, drinking beers, etc, presumably from the Tesco nearby. The main street is busy dirty-urban, with a fair number of homeless folks. Not a judgment, just an observation. We are from Los Angeles and are not threatened by these things, however we will choose a different Premier Inn location for our next London stay.

Well located hotel, very well connected by public transport, perfect for tourism or business, with a very pleasant and competent staff and good food. We will repeat!

I wanted a hotel in Borough (where I had booked an evening meal) and also wanted it to be a surprise for my husband's 60th. I had also booked a room for my son who would be coming as additional surprise so didn't want staff to let slip that my son would be coming too. Staff were brilliant - didn't let the secret out and also offered to and decorated the room with 60th decorations and gave us a bottle of prosecco (and remembered 3 glasses!). All without any prompting. They were friendly and helpful and hotel was clean and felt very relaxed and safe. Would definitely go again.

Just a quick review as I did an extensive one on this hotel last year. Very happy to say it is still really good, staff great and nothing too much trouble. They had noted our request for a high floor on the Shard side and this is what we got. We just ate breakfast once again and this was good too - this time we sat on the mezzanine level as there are fewer small kids and therefore it's less noisy. They let us have some wine glasses and an ice bucket for our wine from the Tesco next door. I think it says a lot that nearly all the staff are still there from the year before - why would they stay if it wasn't a good hotel and hospitality staff are ion great demand. Would recommend.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff, cleanliness, location, and service was amazing. We can not wait to return. If you want a comfortable sleep lovely breakfast and feel safe . Come to this wonderful hotel. Amazing 👏
