The price/performance ratio is OK. It is not far from the city center. The service facilities are quite complete. The bed is too small and inconvenient to use. There is no 1.8-meter bed for couples living together. It needs to be improved. The service attitude is OK.

Overall not bad considering the location but only hot water was coming out when I was in shower….. nearly burnt myself and couldn’t even start showering.. but reception is very friendly and nice location! Thanks a lot !

Great location just opposite Kings Cross. There's no lift if you are not fit enough to carry your luggage up the stairs. The room was small, the bathroom would be very hard to use if you're not thin & agile. The bed was a little soft for me.
