The room is clean and the bathroom is almost bigger than the room, maybe because the room is on the corner. There is no scenery outside the window. I remember it was a building under construction. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a small garden at the door and very close to the subway station. Overall, it's quite satisfactory, clean and comfortable.

I didn’t want to go, so I contacted Ctrip customer service. Fortunately, it was evening time in China instead of midnight. Ctrip customer service responded in time. Someone happened to be out, so I went in to look for it. The front desk was on the first underground floor and you had to take an elevator to get there. The front desk told the door There is a doorbell that needs to be rang to enter. It was the first time I encountered this kind of hotel front desk, and I really didn’t react at all. I suggest Ctrip explain this situation, otherwise it will be really troublesome for guests arriving in the middle of the night! The room is relatively large and comes with slippers and toiletries, which is great. In addition, the hotel is in a very good location, next to Russell Park and a 5-minute walk from the British Museum to the back door. After checking in and going out for dinner, we can go directly there. , there are few people at the back entrance, so I got in quickly without making a reservation or queuing up!

The staff is very helpful especially Ms Mimi , she helped us to take the photos & take care of our luggage. The hotel is very nice, large size room with heater in bathroom. The bed is king size very comfortable. We will come again for next trip to London. Tks.
