The room is very clean. The facilities are new. The air conditioning noise is very low. The location is great, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the British Museum. It only takes 3 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. The subway goes directly to Heathrow Airport. The bus stop is downstairs. A 3-minute walk is the convenience store. There are many high rated restaurants around. Especially not far from my favorite Wei‘xian Shaanxi style Chinese restaurant. The hotel building has a long history and was once inhabited by celebrities. The hotel itself is a part of London culture. The hotel staff are friendly and have a strong British charm, and the high-quality service is unforgettable. The quality of breakfast is quite good, especially porridge, which is very suitable for Chinese taste.

From check-in to check-out, every detail is impressive: **🧹 Hygiene**: Although the hotel is an old building with a strong British style, it is very well maintained and clean, especially the bedding and bathroom supplies are spotless, which makes people feel comfortable. **🌳 Environment**: The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Russell Square, with a beautiful environment. Across the square is the British Museum. Not far downstairs are bus 91, bus 14 and Russell Square subway station, which are very convenient to go to major attractions in downtown London. **💁 Service**: From the time I checked in at the hotel front desk, I began to feel the enthusiasm and friendliness of the waiter, especially Miss Mi Mi, who was warm and hospitable, answering all questions and responding to all requests. **🏋️ Facilities**: The hotel rooms are equipped with high-quality toiletries, hair dryers, ironing boards, slippers, and even clothes drying racks, which is really thoughtful; in addition, capsule coffee and snacks are carefully prepared for guests.
