Had no problem checking myself in and out. The room was quite small and there was no door leading to the toilet 😑.

The property itself was great! Despite the little things which makes it not perfect, our stay was nothing but at best. I can’t ask for more especially the communication with the team. However, vicinity-wise, I didn’t like the location because of the long walk to the bus stop that I needed to be at. Pavement about 250m away was very uneven, therefore resulted me having an accident, I tripped and fell. And the train station nearby did not help because there were constant train noises. Otherwise though, Bob W is worth the stay and I definitely recommend!

An amazing studio perfect for our stay. Clean rooms and lots of additional extras including free London merchandise and access to a polaroid camera which we could use to capture our memories. I will be coming back!

hair on bedsheets and bathroom was not clean. used razor utils found on floor of the bathroom. shower handle in poor condition. very noisy room next to the railway track.

Modern and well maintained room. Really useful to have the small kitchen, which was very well stocked for its size with glasses, cookware, utensils, etc.. All fixtures and fittings excellent, including great bathroom.
