But unexpectedly and unfortunately, the service here, mainly the front desk service, is not as good as one would like. I had read some negative reviews before and thought it was a probability event, but I didn't expect it to actually happen. When we arrived on the first day, the front desk first said that our room charge was unsuccessful and we could not check in. But I actually paid the full amount for the reservation in November. Then the front desk gave me a room in the basement that didn't have a kitchen and didn't meet the agreement. After I found out, I negotiated with the front desk, and the front desk said that I could only change rooms the next day. But after talking to Ctrip, they quickly assigned me a vacant room with a kitchen on the same day. In addition, we booked four nights, but the room card expired on the third night. The front desk insisted that we had only booked three nights and had to move out immediately (on the first day of check-in, another front desk said it was four nights). ). After that, I had to contact Ctrip again to negotiate, and then changed my mind and updated the room card for us. We don’t know whether these problems come from the communication between the agent and the hotel, or the possible differential trea**ent by the hotel itself. Ctrip's response was reliable and fast, helping us solve the problem within half an hour. I hope that people in the future will be mentally prepared for the possibility of such a thing, although it may not have any actual impact.
