Hub by Premier Inn London Marylebone

This is my first experience of The Hub by Premier Inn and it was excellent; facilities provided everything I needed, stylish and efficient, the staff (Meena) and everyone were friendly and could not have been more helpful. I’ll definitely come again and recommend it.

We were helped with swift electronic check Close to everything in central London Small and efficient room that has everything Bed is super comfortable If you have breakfast it’s super cheap and outstanding Throwaway at £8-00 in central London Edgware Road tube is 3 minute walk and Bake Street is not too far off Coffee and tea are free but you need to come down to lobby to make and take to our room in 8th floor. A bit inconvenient and mostly Coffea was cold by the time I reached my room in a 2 day stay. Rooms are very clean brand new. Wi-Fi is great Table chair and a small closed shutter window all make it elegant Good value stay in London Less than 20 minutes to Lords cricket ground. If you stay for more than 1 day you need to someone to make your room. Otherwise you come late at 2300 like me and find a room the way you left at 1030AM .At least bathrooms and beds can be done. Other than sorry none can help at that time. Rooms are set for 19degrees but you need to tell to cool rooms otherwise can get very hot I higher floors . Otherwise 5 out of 5 if they pay this fine detail

Very good, well put together experience. Comfortable rooms, easy check in and comfortable bar which doubles as breakfast restaurant. Breakfast is hearty and very good value and the hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of central London.

The hotel is impressive and slick, would definitely go again. The rooms are modern and almost futuristic with a control panel for lighting and temperature. The toilets, however are a terrible design as the hole is not where it should be and there is no toilet brush supplied, I feel sorry for the cleaners. Godfrey on reception and the bar is an excellent human, talk to that man!

I like this hotel as it suits my needs for practicality of my visits. Staff friendly and courteous hotel clean and welcoming. But this time the quilt was half out of its cover. The cover was more wrinkled than a 99 year old prune and inside out. I wonder if it had been washed or merely turned inside out? Bedroom carpet not as clean as usual.

Really enjoyed my stay, found the hotel really modern and sleek. The bar was open till a great time as well! Overall, impressed :) thank you

The food in the evening was poor, service was very slow. When asking staff at reception it was like they just wanted rid of you!

Location of hotel was great, 3 minute walk to Edgware station. Views from the hotel were amazing, we could see Wembley from our view and the other side could see central London. Staff were great, and kept our luggage safe as we arrived early. Breakfast a bargain price of £8 each and set us up for the day. We paid £70 for the room, and it was well worth the price!

This is a well functioning, well designed hotel, in a great location. However, what makes it a great choice is the staff. Considering this is a chain, the service here is some of the best I’ve experienced. The staff are warm, attentive, efficient, polite, and appear to enjoy their work and being part of a genuinely happy team. I’ve been twice, months apart, and the feeling was the same. Thank you for making my stay peaceful and a pleasure.
