"This is a very old hotel that's been renovated, but the bathroom facilities in the rooms are a bit subpar. When I checked in, my friend hadn't arrived yet. Even though I left their name, they still needed me to be there in person to verify their identity when they showed up. During check-in, I was asked to link my Hilton Honors account, but it seems they never actually registered it, which meant they didn't have my contact information. The day and night shifts clearly didn't communicate properly, leading to this oversight. They offered to send a complimentary drink to my room as compensation, but it never arrived even after an hour. I just gave up and went to sleep. Then, at 9 AM, someone knocked on my door asking if I wanted my room cleaned, which was also pretty ridiculous."

"Facilities: Well-equipped and very new. Hygiene: Relatively clean. Environment: Very quiet. There's a dedicated walkway to T4, so you don't need to go outside. It takes about two minutes to get into the terminal, which is super convenient. The two hotels are together, and the overall environment is very good; despite being right next to the airport, it's not noisy. Service: Very warm and thoughtful."

"Everything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!"

"The hotel was at excellent location. Only 5 mins from cable car & 20 mins from Central London. Ideal for us as we were travelling to all the attractions. Hotel was clean & when we asked for additional heating we were provided. Thank you."

"Hotel is in a very good location. 5 mins walk to Tottenham Court Road station and just a few bus/tube stops to the major attractions. Offers direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line as well. However the room was tiny and the hotel does not provide bottled water, bathroom slippers, and dental kits. There was no minibar in the room as well. The room is decently clean but the sheets may not have been washed properly as there are still hairs on them. Room can be quite stuffy during the summer as there is no AC, but there is an electric fan provided and windows can be opened for ventilation. Breakfast was average, just a regular English style breakfast, buffet style. There isn’t any coffee machine, only normal coffee/tea from kettles and powdered hot chocolate sachets. Just don’t expect anything luxury from this hotel."

"Pros: - Decently sized, standard layout and comfortable rooms. - Rooms are quite clean, service in general was nothing too special but gets the job done! - Convenient location near buses and metro to Central London / Oxford for a day trip, close to Westfield London which has great number of F&B outlets, supermarkets and shops. Cons: - Housekeeping was inconsistent; stayed for 6 days, everyday was missing something different, not being replenished in the room; could be tea, coffee, hand towels, tissue paper, toilet paper etc… had to keep calling for service every night throughout the stay. If housekeeping had set up the room in standard, hassle could be alleviated from all parties as it takes the housekeeping more than 20 minutes every time to bring the items. - Both toilet paper rolls were removed unexpectedly one night, even when we certainly left the room with them both in the morning which I find a bit funny as there wasn’t even a need to replenish - but simply removed. - Clock timing was incorrect 6 days throughout the stay and nobody clocked that nor changed it. - Slight wear and tear in the room but nothing too major affecting our stay apart from the bathtub glass panel seam being broken and water kept coming out of the shower. - Emergency alarms went off at 730AM with no explanation. - There was daily construction noise and one day the workers and equipments were all outside our room for a good 4 hours in the morning to afternoon time. Again, I don’t blame it because maintenance is important but a notice would be nice. Overall, I think the hotel gets its job done, the room and location were decent and comfortable. It’s the housekeeping and maintenance fell below expectations."

"Very happy with the stay. All staff are welcoming and polite. The room was clean and perfect for our needs as a base in Kensington. We were on the 5th floor and didn’t mind using the stairs, however when we had our luggage we would have like to have used the lift. It seemed to be out of order. One of the two lifts stated it was out of the order, while the other remained stuck on floor 6. Other than this the stay was perfect."

"Great little hotel, good location for what I needed it for, it was just super busy, breakfast super busy, luggage room super busy, the queue was snaking round and people were queuing forever, the rooms are out across the road from the lobby, if you’re ok it being super busy and huge then this perfectly fine hotel, it’s hard to gauge from the pics online how big and busy it is, my Preference is I like quiet and chilled lol"

"Lovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again."

"Service was great , staff are friendly and helpful . They don't have a swimming pool so its more of a business hotel than family .. Breakfast is the same every day , the usual , but its always crowded and noisy .. not spacious.. the varieties are not much but the food is generally ok. MY room was cosy , carpets can be cleaner it was just below a level along the corridor and sound proofing is not fantastic , you can hear people talking and walking. The lifts are very slow in the morning , its better to just walk down ... that's my biggest complain. the best thing is the location, there are many supermarket convenience store , sainbury in a short walk ,so easy to buy food stuff.. its not in the middle of kensington but its near kensington high street station."
