I arrived early to the hotel and asked if there was any possibility I could check in early?
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and fortunately there was room ready so I checked and had a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the facilities over two days. I particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool and the sauna.
I was attending an event at the Excel Arena so location could not have been better.

Great hotel, quite easy to get downtown London in 30 mins. We had dinner one night (food good!) and it said 25% discount on the menu if you eat before 7pm but we were told when we paid, you had to book the night before. But other than that, highly recommend. We got the family room and lots of space.

Lovely hotel located steps away from the ExCel and conveniently connected via nearby DLR and Elizabeth line stations.
Check in and check out were seamless, with minimal waiting times and excellent levels of customer service. The front desk staff was responsive with request and knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services, as well as the surroundings.
The pool, gym and sauna facilities were all well kept and enjoyable and regularly supervised and maintained by staff.
The breakfast at the restaurant was lovely as well and staff was kind and helpful with requests. I didn't have the chance to experience the dinner service this time, but I look forward to doing it in my next stay.
I'll be definitely staying here again.

Booked a second room for my daughter-in-law and 2 Yr old grandson.
She enjoyed the big bed.and the breakfast
My grandson loved the pool..
She loved that you needed your key card to access your hotel floor and pool.

Great location for a conference. The room amenities were great. It was clean and even has slippers.
Unfortunately, The pizza room service was cold and soggy.
I would stay again, as it was a great location and very clean.
