Aloft London Excel

I checked in at 3pm because I had an exam the next day. I also stayed at Aloft last year, but at that time Ctrip and the hotel often needed to communicate with customer service because the hotel did not receive the information about my double breakfast reservation. This problem did not occur this year. It is appreciated because there is improvement. The environment of the room is also very normal, and the aunt cleans it very well. But 2 points for service. The front desk service is ok. Although the system is very slow, they kept apologizing to me for the system failure, and then introduced all the hotel information carefully. The only dissatisfaction was with the waitress at the breakfast restaurant. I felt that I was being discriminated against. She would give priority to registering foreigners. After we registered, she ignored us. We walked in with a blank look on our faces, and she didn't care after one glance. We just sat by ourselves. Then she patiently led the foreigners to a seat and introduced the dishes to them. Although the breakfast was not rich, the waiter who received us last year showed us to our seats and asked if we wanted to cook anything specially from the kitchen. This year, there was none.
