Is a very good hotel. The room is just soooo small. Even one of the elevators can barely fit you and your bags. The room can barely fit you and your bags as well. I’m not sure if this is common in London, but this is an issue. The breakfast is ok, they could have added more variety and made more of an effort to keep the food hot. The location and staff are very spectacular though.

The hotel served its purpose and it was quite cheap for the area - the room was very small - reminded me of Tokyo hotel rooms, and it was run down a little - bathroom doorknob falling off, stains on the wall and stuff. The staff were great though and it was a stone throw away from Paddington station.

The single room is very small and requires you to climb some stairs given that I was looking for hotels with a lift.
On rainy days, windows are leaking down the floor across the bed. However, the hotel staff was helpful and changed another room for me quickly.

The location is near to the Paddington station so it is very convenient for traveling to any place in London and other places in England. The room is clean and also have the fan for us during the heat wave in London.

Hotel staff were kind & friendly. Hotel was in an excellent location for us as we were attending an event at Hyde Park. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was that there was no A/C and it was incredibly hot this weekend but we knew this before arriving. There was a fan in the room, however it wasn’t very successful at cooling the room down.

Only location was great.
The room was way too small.
No refrigerator, it was too hot at night and can't have cold water or drinks

Hotel is an amazing location close to Paddington.
Room was small but had everything you need for a night.
Curtains could have been better as they did let in some light and could do with more lifts (or some stairs) but for the price it’s perfect for me

From the outside, the hotel looks good, but as soon as you're in the hallway, you realize it's a super old hotel. The rooms were scrawled on, extremely small, and had deteriorated over the years – but they were clean, as they were tidied daily. Additionally, there were hardly any power outlets, but the Wi-Fi reception was very good. The staff was very friendly, and the location was super central, making it very easy to get from A to B (the train station is 5 minutes away).
