Very beautiful and clean hotel, the lobby is also very nice, the lady at the front desk is very gentle and even helps to carry the suitcases, it's great 👍🏻

The hotel is very close to the earl's court tube. The room is tidy, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience for me.

Not sure if there is something positive about this hotel.
- They "paid themselves" 2 days before check-in, even though during booking, it was saying "pay at check-in".
- Rude staff.
- Bad daily "cleaning", ommiting to replace consumables(toilet paper, shampoo, etc).
- Clogged sink.
- Too expensive for the quality it offers.
Definitely it doesn't deserve the 4****.
