Premier Inn London Stratford

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

It’s a Premier Inn so you know what to expect - clean, functional with a super comfy bed. It’s new and still in great condition with a big shower. The hotel is right across the road from Stratford International train station and one escalator from the Westfield shopping centre, so you can’t get a better location. I’ll be back on my next trip to London.

This is my hotel of choice when visiting London. It may look a little' out of town' but the transport links are excellent (even more so now that the Elizabeth Line is open). It is integrated into the Westfields shopping plaza and a few minutes walk from the Olympic Park, now known as the Queen Elizabeth park, with its open spaces and Olymic stadia. The hotel itself well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and booked the 'Meal Deal' on the second day. This includes a 2 course evening meal, a drink (including wine) and full 'English Breakfast'. The food was very acceptable and very reasonably priced for the location. The restaurant was very efficienly managed by Monica and Malaika, who also hurried our meal when they knew we had an evening performance to attend. In fact, we were so happy with the deal that we booked the same again for the following evening. I am surprised that more customers do not use the offer. Our evening event was the ABBAVoyage, wich is an easy 25 minute walk away across the park which is well lit after dark.

Always good at Stratford, clean hotel and good serivce, everything you need on your doorstep and loads of wonderful outdoor space. a good weekend in London.

I'm disabled booked accessable rooms given no 730 great views looking forward to Westfield shopping centre but room had no hot water not even like warm I complained to manager who moved me to room 430 and this has same problem I don't pay to use Luke warm water absolutely appalling for this situation

The Hotel is situated in the best place possible. It is clean and quiet. My only issue was that the family room was small with no space to move around.
