Premier Inn London Docklands (Excel)

Access to this hotel was close to St.Regent's station, although a bit hindered by the building work going on. The room was simple and clean but the bedding felt cheap. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and I was told to book a table if I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, which was a little inconvenient. My booking said I wouldn't have air con in the room but I was in fact giving an aircon room...and you needed it! It's quite noisy in the early evening and from 7am, because you can hear the aircraft taking off and landing into London City Airport. I didn't think the hotel was particularly good value for money.

Welcoming, friendly and informative reception. Room clean and tidy, facilities in room plentiful. Breakfast really good price. Parking is free to guest. Even though hotel was having some renovation work done there was no noise or mess in or around hotel. Would definitely stay there again

I have a disabled badge. I need access to my car 24 hours a day two days in a row. I got back to my car and someone was parked across my door so I could not access my car so I could not get to my walker at all asked the receptionist for help they were useless, I had to put a note on the car came back and they were still there. I had to move my car in the end to the opposite side of the car park just so I could get to door. Don’t think you’re going to get a night sleep here as all we heard were the trains. The planes weren’t the issue the train I did sleep a wink for three days!…. The Wi-Fi signal is rubbish. The cleanliness of the hotel is a letdown. The bathroom is not good. Do not stay on the fifth floor as the lifts will break down and you won’t be able to go up and down if you have mobility issues like I do.

Clean hotel in good location not far from DLR station. Staff were amazing and so helpful. They went out of the way to help.

Worst premier inn so far we've been to. Unfriendly staff. Room was not cleaned. Mugs and towels not replaced, had to go to reception to get them... Food was stale. Couldn't get good night sleep due to creaking floors and subpar pillows.

Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast, comfy clean room and bed. Good transport links to 02 (Mama Mia)! Great stay.
