Good hotel but room was very warm which wasn’t great. I would recommend if you’re looking for a great location and happy to sleep in a hot room. Hotel was quiet and staff seemed very nice. The breakfast was good value and there were plenty of options.

Chambre plutôt confortable, la prise en charge est rapide et le personnel très serviable. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien, je n’ai pas souhaité prendre le wifi payant qui est apparement de meilleure qualité

This hotel is just a 10 minute walk to The Tower of London, River Thames boat cruises, The Monument and just across London Bridge you have Borough market and The Shard. Perfect! The hotel was quiet and I didn’t hear any noises in my room - slept well in a very comfortable bed. The staff was all very friendly, genuine smiles and checking on our stay. The cooked breakfast is excellent value and lots of choices. Enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant on our last night too. There were a lot of students staying in the hotel, so the restaurant was very busy and noisy at breakfast time, so recommend staggering your time for eating (the elevators give quieter/busier time guides). Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of hotel and I would definitely return to this location.

Just back from a long weekend in London with extended family, this Premier Inn was absolutely perfect for the job! The manager on Reception kicked things off with the warmest of welcomes, bending over backwards to accommodate everyone’s needs from ages 7 to 70+. Premier Inn do an excellent job in providing no-nonsense, comfortable hotels located where you want to be and at an excellent price. The Bank (Tower) hotel is so well-located, quiet and comfortable, we all had a fabulous time. Very pleasant staff, excellent transport links and loads to see and do in the area. We’ll definitely be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable City Break.

Difficult to write review as WiFi so poor. Can pay another £5.00 for faster wifi on top of the £180 room rate - Without breakfast!! More like a travellodge than a comfortable hotel on check-in. Premierinn taking customers for granted. Next time will take more time when making reservation.

Sono stata per due volte in questo hotel , con la mia famiglia e ci sono tornata perché ne ho apprezzato la posizione con due fermate di metropolitana vicinissime ( Monument e Bank) lo staff e disponibile e amichevole. Le camere pulite e funzionali , anche la colazione ( nel 2019 era più variegata) è abbondante e puoi guastare un’ original British breakfast.
