Premier Inn London Hackney

Definitely the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. The bathroom in particular was very poor, cracked tikes, holes in wall, toilet flush broken, enamel peeling away, paint flaking. Room smelt and carpet was unclean. Lots of light through curtains. Would not reccomend.

Great location, great amenities, close to where I wanted to go, the staff (Neta in particular) were all lovely, top wee spot.

We have stayed in this particular hotel many times and have always had a good experience. However, this time it was rather disappointing. We were put in a disabled room number 405 (we are not disabled) and all the bathroom facilities were very low. Despite having the shower curtain correctly inside the bathtub, the bathroom was completely flooded after a short shower. The built-in hairdryer didn't work. I was given another by a very helpful assistant. The sliding door on the bathroom was very stiff and heavy and thus difficult to move. The key card didn't always work. On the plus side, the service was good and breakfast was enjoyable.

Stayed here with colleagues - a total of 4 rooms. Check in took almost 15 minutes and was painfully slow, with the staff member taking their time. No warm welcome or conversation. Just awkward silence. 4 rooms over different floors. Restaurant service slow. Room quality good as a ‘newer’ Premier Inn, but by no way the best. Noisy air conditioning - sounded like constant running water. Served a purpose as was close to where working, but wouldn’t return again.

Very good hotel with very professional and helpful staff...Christina at the reception was very friendly.. Good and very clean and peaceful place to stay in. I would recommend this place to my friends.. Premier Inn the best place to go when you need that excellent service for reasonable prices..All basic amenities provided.

Mostly good, but we booked for two and they only gave towels for one. As mentioned elsewhere, the corridors really stink of perfume and you have to hold your breath, especially if asthmatic.

When we arrived from the airport to this Hotel late at night we were told to check in via computer. The computer was not in order so the man at the desk proceeded to check us in for April 16 to 18. We were then told that our reservation was for April 17. I showed the man my photocopy which stated clearly my reservation was for the 16. He was very rude and said there was nothing he could do and if we wanted we could pay for the night. We asked for the manager and he gave us a number to call. There was no answer at this number and he said "its closed after after 5pm" We were so upset we had to go find another place to stay. There were other people waiting and many had complaints. We did come back the next day since we could not receive a refund for those nights. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason

A decent Premier Inn in a great location. Convenient public transport from Kings Cross Station. Room was comfortable, though bathroom was showing its age a bit. The main staff on reception were excellent. Other staff there were a bit less attentive, but the general reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn good standard. I'll happily stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn, London Hackney. Value for money for a three night stay. Very comfortable bed, great sleep. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. Would really recommend,
