On that prize, it's good but room was a bit small but fine.

Great value for money. Rooms are surprisingly big with plenty of space for a family stay. Comfy beds, all the usual equipment you may need-fridge, microwave ect. Bathroom are upgraded. Ultimately it’s an old, characterful hotel turned into a small hotel. Staff is dupe friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for budget stay in handy location.

The place is a family business which is great to support but all the other reasons are wrong. The room is uncomfortable and cluttered, full of dust and smells bad. Plus since 10am the cleaner starts to knock to remind you need to check out...

The hotel is located close to the Tube station Whitechapel, the spacious room including private bathroom was clean and contained everything you need. In the event of technical issues (like heating couldn't be turned on) the receptionist was able to solve the problem immediately. The room also have access to the backyard which in summer certainly will be nice to have.

Joke of a place chucked out because we're smokers not smoking in there outside even though burn holes in carpet on arrival and smashed mirror in bedroom to then be told to leave and have to get another hotel last minute still waiting on refund

Great little hotel when you need somewhere to stay in Central.

My first time in this hotel, friendly reception and explanation for the door code etc, I stayed 3 nights and found the microwave, toaster etc very useful for a quick breakfast. I was however disappointed that they had used a single size duvet inside a double duvet cover, fortunately the weather was mild that week otherwise it would have been almost useless to keep warm. The staff did however repair the faulty heating fairly quickly.
