Three addresses. (42 Drury Lane, 63a Shelton Street, 36a Wellington Street) The host told me I wasn't allowed because they "told me that it was 25+" I'm 24. The post they put on saying it was 18 minimum. This is a no free cancellations yet I only had the description of it being 25+ once it was confirmed on the email sent to myself. By then it was way too late. When I had spent two hours getting to the actual property after visiting the other two, I arrived at the gentle dentist. Where a lady helped me with trying to access the property through the keybox with the code given to me. Which didn't work. I was then onto stay Inn and *********** where they weren't helpful at all. And then they had the cheek to say I was a no-show. Now they want to charge me again. I am not mentally well at the moment and thought it would've been a great place to stay, however all I've done is be violently sick and have had five panic attacks. My mental health is now on high alert so thank you. Please don't book with these people.
