Great modern hotel, lovely rooms and friendly staff all made it an enjoyable stay. Nice big room, comfy bed and powerful shower, plus good room amenities. Close to Canary Wharf tube and easy to get into central London so a convenient location. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fabulous stay this weekend. Seamless check in and start to our weekend in the city. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Magdy, Yasmine and Melissa helped make a surprise for one of my party happen. My stay was excellent, so much so I have booked to come back in June. This will be my go to hotel from now on when visiting the city

Absolutely lovely hotel: bed oh so comfortable, I could have slept for a week! hot shower, with lovely, fresh-scented shower gel, etc. Huge, fluffy towels. Fabulous selection of teas, nespresso machine, complimentary water. Excellent breakfast...and a gym and swimming pool! The team are friendly, knowledgeable and greet every guest with the biggest smile!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! IT HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR NEARLY TWO YEARS!!!
Trying to get my money back and compensation as it cost me a fortune because we were stranded! Usual story you can not just ring someone for help!
