The drain in the shower room was clogged. The walls were thin and I could hear the voices and noises of other residents. There is no elevator so you shouldn't bring large luggage with you.

Great little place, friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms. Very short walk from Earls Court station which has access both Piccadilly and district lines so makes an excellent location to stay if you intend on getting the tube from Heathrow and want to have short inexpensive trips to central London.

Nice room with window so the temperature is nice inside. There’s also a private bathroom, and the bed is comfortable. The location is amazing, it is in central London and is very close to tube station. The staff is very lovely to chat with, we really had a great time staying here!

The hotel is very nice and staff is super friendly, helpful and friendly. This is charming hotel, the beds are very comfortable, good shower and an amazing terrace (room 20). Also, a very good location.

Firstly I was warmly and courteously welcomed at reception by the receptionist and I gave my ID and was given details for the room and check-in and check-out very clearly, even had a free good coffee machine at reception. The room was cosy and had all the amenities required in an excellent location with an excellent price point, it was really good value and the transport links were very close to the hotel. All in all, I was happy with the room, service, value and location and am planning to visit again in the future.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights earlier in the month. Very comfortable stay and attentive staff. Location is amazing with three tube stations within walking distance but equally tucked away on a quiet street. Will book again when in London

I spent very nice time at this hotel during my trip to London it’s very close to the train station in walking distance and also close to the Heathrow airport, with a very affordable price. Staff was friendly and the hose keeping did an amazing job will stay there again.

The hotel is in a really good location and staff are willing to go the extra mile to help day or night , rooms are small but beds are quite comfortable. I would highly recommend that hotel for anyone going to London for couple of nights as it’s also really good to commute to anywhere from.
