シャワー室の排水溝が詰まってた。壁が薄く他の滞在者の声や物音がよく聞こえた。エレベーターがないので大きな荷物は持って行かない方がいい。

This hotels is one of the best I’ve stayed, great value for money and the location is brilliant as your right by a big Sainsbury’s and laundrette in the next road. The staff go above and beyond and are always on hand for anything you need I recommend staying here and you won’t be disappointed.

Buena ubicación, muy central, lugar muy tranquilo para descansar, camas cómodas. Café gratis todo el día. El personal es muy atento, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte, la limpieza también es un buen factor. Lo recomiendo, sin duda volvería.

Very helpful staffs and it was nice stay in there. Room was nice and clean with affordable price. All the facilities were available. However the property looked like it was on some type of refurbishment but still the service we got was amazing.

Great little place, friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms. Very short walk from Earls Court station which has access both Piccadilly and district lines so makes an excellent location to stay if you intend on getting the tube from Heathrow and want to have short inexpensive trips to central London.

Nice room with window so the temperature is nice inside. There’s also a private bathroom, and the bed is comfortable. The location is amazing, it is in central London and is very close to tube station. The staff is very lovely to chat with, we really had a great time staying here!

The hotel is very nice and staff is super friendly, helpful and friendly. This is charming hotel, the beds are very comfortable, good shower and an amazing terrace (room 20). Also, a very good location.

Firstly I was warmly and courteously welcomed at reception by the receptionist and I gave my ID and was given details for the room and check-in and check-out very clearly, even had a free good coffee machine at reception. The room was cosy and had all the amenities required in an excellent location with an excellent price point, it was really good value and the transport links were very close to the hotel. All in all, I was happy with the room, service, value and location and am planning to visit again in the future.
