The drain in the shower room was clogged. The walls were thin and I could hear the voices and noises of other residents. There is no elevator so you shouldn't bring large luggage with you.

The manager/ receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible despite being under renovation and all the challenges that come with that. From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us, instantly making more effort than any other budget hotel I've been too.

Hotel was located in a really nice area and central to a lot of the main attractions 🤩 Staff was very helpful and so friendly! We had a lovely stay! The room had all the amenities needed. The hotel is busy renovations but that was stated to us. The free coffee at reception was a definite plus😁

Great customer service, the tea was marvellous , good view loved my stay and I’m definitely going there again , I truly recommend this hotel I stayed for a very short period of time but due to the nice experience I’ll be going back with my best friend for her birthday

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful the room is clean and got everything u need the prices are raisonnable and is located in a very beautiful area I would definitely recommend it always it will be my hotel I’ll be staying in whenever I come to London

Great location and a stones through for visiting heart of London. Wonderfull fiendly staff with a great attitude will I definitely be coming back. With all this and the value for being in such a good location is second to none. Great stay and great place

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dust damp dirty showers stick floors boarded up window which was sealed tight with no fire escape just a bed in the room with no TV, kettle etc. also bags of dirty linen left beside our bedroom door which sat there the two nights wee stayed. No food available no room cleaning and no towels.
